Vacation rentals with beach access in Skålevik

I stayed for two months in a beautiful surrounding environment. There was a beach where you could refresh right near the accommodation, and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet, so it was good for a comfortable rest. It was a season when the weather was cold and it rained a lot, so it was a shame that I couldn't enjoy the outside environment freely, and because of that, it's a place I want to go again in a season when the weather is good. However, it was a shame that the ceiling of the house was a little low.

Very spacious and charming apartment. Equipped with everything you might need. Everything was so well thought out. Soaps, detergents, heat pump, table fans in the bedroom for hot days, some coffee, spices, board games, books, etc. were in place. Good beds and lovely bed linen. Short walk to shops and city centre. Quiet area. Lillian was the perfect hostess and responded quickly to questions. We could even check in a little earlier. This place is really recommendable.

Kristian’s home has everything you need when visiting Kristiansand. The location next to Bystranda is perfect and you can walk to any part of the city’s attractions from there. Moreover, having dedicated parking in the garage, makes the visit very convenient and effortless. There is an elevator taking you from the garage straight up to the entrance of the apartment. With a nice balcony you can enjoy early breakfasts and take in the fresh air from the sea. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect in every way. A great little getaway for a few days, or even longer. The surroundings were amazing and close enough to town in case you wanted to get out. The views are worth it and it was so peaceful and quiet. I can’t wait to come back in the summer!

Huge nice cottage with a lovely view. The host responded quickly and met us on arrival and showed us around. Nice location in relation to the zoo and the city centre.

We spent 9 days at Lene's house, and we loved it very much. Even though the weather was mostly rainy and overcast, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the house. Nature around is stunning, going for a drive gives you a surprise at every turn of the road, there so many beautiful fjords. We were concerned about the street right next to the house, but the traffic is moderate and it didn't disturb us at all. The house is meticulously clean, and it looks the way you expect after seeing the images. Lene is very responsive and friendly, when we had a question about heating and using the stove, she came immediately out to show us how it works, and she gave us some helpful information about the area. All in all it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely like to come again, maybe in spring when there is a better chance to have some sun.

We stayed for 4 nights. This was the perfect place to explore Kristiansand while also having a lovely time “at home”. The kids loved the playroom upstairs.

Really nice house, got a hotel feeling of the bathroom, ritual products and no private parts so was great. Nice kitchen with everything you need and within walking distance to the city center😁😁 And great that you can finish making a bed in addition.

We were two families (4 adults and 4 children) who rented the house from Stine, and it was the perfect size for us. The location was excellent, with a short distance to the zoo, grocery store and airport for us who had a rental car. In addition, the neighborhood was very nice, and with several playgrounds within walking distance. Can definitely be recommended!

We loved our stay — this is a beautifully kept condo, with a well stocked kitchen, ample bedrooms, very nice bathrooms (one of which is newly renovated), and the collection of artwork on display is incredible! We would happily stay here again in the future.

What a lovely place. The cat Anton who comes to greet you first is the first friendly face. Marian and Dag are also very friendly. Beautifully quiet and peaceful, it is on their private jetty on the water. That's where the tranquility can really begin. Sofa bed sleeps fine for one night.

We rarely found such a clean apartment. And also super equipped, chicly furnished and with a great cozy terrace. The location is also great to explore the coastal region around Lillesand and Kristiansand or if you want to use the ferry. Everything was just right 😃👍

Probably the best equipped and prepared accommodation. Nothing was missing and we felt very comfortable! Would definitely recommend it. :-)

We had a great stay and good communication with the host. One guest forgot the phone in the apartment after checkout, but the host solved it in a very good way. Definitely recommend for both adults and families with children.

We had nice days in the home. Plenty of space, well arranged for families with children with toys, books and crafts. Fitted well with a small playground just outside. Easy to go to Dyreparken and nice to go down to the water in the evening.
