Cozy house close to everything

The cozy 109 sqm house has been newly renovated, including a brand new kitchen and appliances. The house is decorated in a cozy and simple Nordic style and there is a closed garden and courtyard with herbs. There is a large corner room with a nice dining area and a cozy living room with TV. There is a large bathroom and two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, there are larger bedrooms and a dedicated workspace and space for luggage, etc. The house is within walking distance of the city center and close to a large lake, the harbor, Aalborg Street Food and Vestre Fjordpark

Bright 2 bedroom apartment with large balcony. Great views. Nearby there are shopping opportunities. Sleeping 2 people in the bedroom and 3rd sleeping area is on sofa bed. There is a TV with chromecast in both rooms - does not have TV channels. Close to bus and also has free parking. WiFi and cleaning after the stay are included in the price. Since I live in between myself in the apartment, there will be some of my personal belongings in the apartment - e.g. clothes and shoes.

Easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Close to Gigantium, Aalborg city center (10 min), highway, public transport and green areas - ex. Østerådalen and Kongshøj forest (possibility of mountain biking trips). Bus 13 from the airport right to the door. The apartment contains everything needed for four people to stay here. Spacious bike shed, which is yours all alone, should bring bikes or other things. Nice dining area on a large balcony with a view.
