Vacation rentals with beach access in Skala Sotiros

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Our stay at Alex's and his mother's house went very well. They are wonderful people, kind and good. Everything in the offer is exactly as it is. The rooms were clean and tidy, everything was there. The view was wonderful. We'll go back to them. Thank you for the wonderful service.

We had an amazing vacation in Teodora's house! Great location with everything you will need around you ( shops, cafes, restaurants). The house was so spacious and cozy we felt like we were at home. The whole place was spotless. Extremely clean and well organised! We loved the view! once you close the windows the house gets super quiet and you will hear no nose from the street. What we rally enjoyed was the sea view! Teodora was so nice and welcoming. Extremely responsive!

Alexandros apartment is delightful. It is very artistically decorated and is very peaceful. The sea view deck has very comfortable lounge chairs and is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea air. The beach, restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. Alexandros was always available online and was very helpful and responsive. His father Philipo was on site and was very helpful as well. Philipo is an extremely kind and generous person. He brought us lush bunches of freshly picked grapes and other wonderful food during. We had a very relaxing stay in Alexandros apartment and highly recommend it.

The apartment is small but has all the necessary staff and plenty of lovely details. Actually it's better than on the photos. The amazing garden and view from the terrace make the stay unforgettable.

Penelope and her mother's place was as we wished. Very warm hosts, a well-equipped apartment (especially the large, comfortable bed, the lots of space in the bedroom closets for clothes and the kitchen) and a garden that our daughter loved to play in and where we barbecued very often. A bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance. Penelope was always quick to reach, super friendly and gave us great tips, including for restaurants. Her mother, who lives on site in the same building, took care of us lovingly but unobtrusively and is very child-friendly. A very clear recommendation, we thoroughly enjoyed our time!!

The accomodation exceeded our expectarions. It’s located inna private area, a little outside the town but you have supermarket and caffe at a walkable distance. The hosts are very friendly and made us feel at home. The small bathroom has a shower too, and we reduced the waiting time by a lot, glad to that. We will defenitely return here, when we will come back in Thassos

Great place and great host. We had to leave early but we enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy and there was available parking.

Anastasia's house is a very nice house to stay in peace. There is always hot water for showers. There are enough kitchenware for those who want to have breakfast at home, maybe a classic teapot could have be better. There is a great stove, clean and easy to use. We stayed in May and a few logs of wood were enough to sleep in a warm house until the morning. Although there were instructions on the way to the house, we arrived very late at night, so we had some difficulty finding the house. The house is outside the village, so you need a car to go shopping, have breakfast or at least to the beach.

We are guest for second time there and agen it was more than perfect recommended with both hands.

They say “nowhere like home” but here, we had a great time, just like at our home. A splendor to serve your coffee on the terrace, hearing the waves of the sea and having the opportunity to watch the sunrise and the sunset ! We are extremely pleased with our stay at Vasiliki's. We would choose these hosts and this place again on our next trip to Thassos. During the vacation, we felt at home. Perfectly clean, welcoming, sunny and warm hosts. Always smiling, responsive. They gave us detailed directions on how to get to the place. They periodically changed our towels and bed linen. The apartment is impeccable in every respect. It has everything you need for a perfect family vacation. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and taverns. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

The place was very nice and cosy.There is everything you may need for your stay.The apartment was very clean and Chrisa is friendly and very positive person.Its easy to park on the street in front of the building.The street is quiet and there are many parking spots.Enzo is adorable.Our kids really liked him :)

This is our second time in this apartment. We felt very comfortable again. The apartment was very clean. It had a particularly comfortable bed. The balcony with the view is breathtaking. Every evening, sunsets as if made just for us. 😍 The apartment is located right on the beach. Fantastic! Our landlords were again very friendly and yet very reserved. In case of problems (we had wanted a grill), a solution was immediately found. 😊 We'll be back here a third time. Everything perfect!

Konstantina is a great host. The studios she offered are very comfortable. We had a studio for 4 people (two adults and two children). It had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. We most enjoyed the barbecue area with authentic Greek stone and romantic lighting. Location is amazing. A must visit again. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is magnificent! Perhaps the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Extremely clean, tidy, cozy, stylish and beautiful, it smelled of cleanliness and freshness. Incredible view! It looks even better than the pictures. Vangelis is delicate, very kind and unobtrusive. Communication with him was easy and pleasant. We will definitely come back again! :)
