Walking distance to several grocery stores, restaurants & pharmacies. 10 min walk to Järvafältets nature reserve & a viewing farm with sheep, pigs, cows, goats, chickens & horses

Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

The house is about a five minute walk from Sollentuna Centrum where you get into the central station in under 15 minutes.

I was coming to Stockholm because I was going to see Taylor's concert, because of the flight delay, I was later than I expected, and the key box for the room was broken, so I also met with Serkan, he was very friendly and respectful to me, left after a brief introduction to the room, he didn't even come inside the house, just at the door.This was my first time traveling alone and Serkan's approach made me feel at ease.It was quite late to come back after watching the concert the next day, and it was a little scary to walk the night road alone, but the neighborhood was beyond the tranquility and peace that I thought touched me again, and I never felt that lighthearted and free.And the bed in the room is also very comfortable, and I slept well.I really enjoyed my two days renting here.If there was a chance I would definitely come again, thank you to the Serkan family for being accommodating, friendly and respectful, I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great stay. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood that was so peaceful to stay in. The train was about a 10 minute walk away and very easy to get to. The house itself was really nice with everything we could have needed including a fully equipped kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms, and lots of living space. I would highly recommend this place.

Great location, nice studio, very close to the train station and very well worth the value in my opinion. The public areas are nice - there is a gaming room downstairs with ping pong tables and other activities. There is no cooking in the studio so you would have to use the downstairs - which is well equipped and when I was there not too busy, but I can see how if it was busy it may be inconvenient if you are doing a longer stay and getting groceries and cooking. Would stay here again for sure if I'm in the area.

Family house close to town and nature

The home met all expectations. The furnishings of the house were very well maintained, clean and cozy and would certainly also be suitable for children. The train was also within 10 minutes' walking distance. Outside, in the immediate vicinity of the house, there is a beautiful lake that invites you to take a walk. Robin was always quick to reach for questions and concerns, very friendly and gave great recommendations for Stockholm! If we go to Stockholm again, we would stay at this place again!

We had a great stay at Jessica and Fredrik's place. The property is about 30min from Stockholm. In the house we had everything we needed. If you have any questions, the hosts were always available. The pool was pleasantly warm and the beds very comfortable.
