If you are looking for a cozy place close to the sea, our house on the west coast is perfect. It is located at Løkken, was built in 1967 and has the charm of that time with furniture from the period. Only 200 meters from the beach, you can even enjoy the sea view from the living room! The house has a spacious living room with sofa corners and a crackling wood stove, as well as an open and functional kitchen. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bright bathroom with underfloor heating and a washing machine. Here you can really relax, take walks by the water and enjoy the time.

There's something for everyone here. The house is kept in its original style with space and air for holidays with up to 2 families (9 guests). Regardless of the weather, outdoor showers, wilderness baths, cold water tubs and saunas can be enjoyed. House, annex and carport create shelter, and are connected by a wooden terrace and small lawn with the possibility of various outdoor activities.

A beautiful Danish cottage from the 1970s, renovated in 2014. 5 -7 min walk to the North Sea and close to Skallerup Klit holiday center with a good grocery store, restaurant, swimming pool, bowling, climbing wall, fitness and multi-room for the little ones. View of protected natural land with a nice slope, from which there is a fantastic view from the bench over the North Sea. In the house, there is a flat screen, WiFi, dishwasher and wood-burning stove that easily warms up the house and creates coziness. Good large grounds for ball games and other play.

Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The cottage at Lønstrup was built in 1986. It is a well-maintained and cozy cottage, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping natural plot. The plot is surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter from the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The cottage is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dunes to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful beaches.

The Oceanfront Cabin

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

Foraarsvangen - Summerhouse pearl in Saltum's dunes

A few minutes' walk from the roaring North Sea, this 120 m2 uniquely located cottage is hidden so well in the high dunes that you can only glimpse it from the road. From the highest dune of the property, there is a bench overlooking the sea and sunset. Take a cup of coffee or a glass of wine up there. It is only 11 km by car to the seaside town of Blokhus, 15 km to Løkken and even shorter via the area's trails on foot or by bike. Also, a fantastic area if you are into mountain biking or nature hiking.

The house contains 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, hallway, kitchen with all appliances, microwave, stove, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Also, a cozy living room with a sofa bed where 1-2 people can stay and there is also a TV, radio and a dining table. The bathroom contains a toilet and shower and washing machine. Enclosed courtyard with barbecue and various garden furniture.
