A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with its own dock, swimming ladder and boat dock for a deep-water boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Fully-equipped kitchen in a slightly older standard with fridge and freezer and induction stove with oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining tables for 6 people both inside and out on the balcony facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available
