Peaceful unique townhouse in the artists' city

A unique opportunity to see and stay in one of the two small, yellow, brick-built houses by the water. The two houses were restored in 1978-79 and in 1982 received a diploma from the "Association for Building and Landscape Culture" and "Europa Nostra". The two houses are protected to this day and are mostly seen as a photo stop for tourists. The house is located right down to the water, which is seen from the windows, but at the same time in the middle of the city, with life and a lot of activities. If you want to be on the beach, Kobæk beach is only 2 kilometers away.

Skafterup gl.skole v.skov and beach

Charming three-acre property, beautifully located on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, with a sandy beach and a cozy local harbor. An 80 m2 apartment with an open living room/kitchen and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect, including windows painted with linseed oil, oak timber framing, paper wool insulation, etc. Waste sorting and recycling are important to us, so we optimize raw materials and resources for future generations.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Beautifully decorated apartment in the center

Beautiful and stylish apartment in the middle of Skælskør city center with visible beams, wood-burning stove and classic Danish design. Relax on the leather sofa, enjoy a hot bath in the bathtub with a nice cup of coffee from the espresso machine, or sleep well in the comfortable Dunlopillo adjustable bed. The apartment has a full kitchen, 60" flat-screen TV with TV streaming and a cozy dining area. Only 140 m to the pedestrian street, 550 m to the harbor and 3.5 km to Kobæk Beach. Rema 1000 and pizzeria are just 100 meters away.

Boathouse

Home away from home… Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend in this gently renovated, thatched-roof gem from 1860 – surrounded by nature and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Open the patio door and step out onto your private terrace overlooking the water. In the summer, you can rinse off the saltwater under the outdoor shower. The boathouse is a separate residence, while I live in the main house with my two cats. Cleaning is included – so you can enjoy your stay from start to finish.

Cabin by the forest

My charming wooden cottage, located 100 meters from the edge of the forest, invites you to the simple primitive life surrounded by peace and beautiful nature. Sleep well in the cabin's loft overlooking the field, and enjoy your morning coffee among the birdsong and maybe you'll see a deer. Breakfast and drinks can be purchased. Please ask. Small double bed in the loft for 2. Bedding for child/adult, with mattress/weekend bed in the living room. Sheets, duvet and pillow covers and towels are included

Scenic guesthouse

Visit our small guest house. We stayed there while renovating our farm, which is 25 meters from the guest house, separated by trees. It is quiet and scenic, and it is located with beautiful views of grasslands with wild animals and birds. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Sorø Lake and 15-20 minutes through the forest to Parnas, a family-friendly swimming area with shade and a swimming bridge. Parnasvej and the railway can be heard in the background when sitting outside. It doesn't bother us.

"Enebo" - forest cabin in the middle of nature

Imagine an escape from the noise of everyday life in the heart of an old forest, where only the sounds of nature fill the air. Inside, the cottage offers a charming atmosphere with rustic details. The open fireplace is the heart of the home - a perfect gathering place. Outside, a large terrace awaits, capturing the sun's rays from morning to evening. It's the ideal place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The area invites long hikes, where the silence is only broken by the many sounds of the forest.

The cabin by the fjord

Slow down completely in this unique and peaceful “Tinyhouse” located right by the water. A simple but personal cabin overlooking the water. Sofa bed sleeps 2, as well as a bed that sleeps 2 (1.5 man bed) . Small tea kitchen with 2 hot plates. Small fridge. Electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes. Wood-burning stove. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Lovely terrace with table and chairs. The price is for bedding for 2 people. We can offer additional bedding at DKK 100 per person.

Beautiful summer cottage by Kobæk beach

Great location by Kobæk beach! The cottage is located in the 2nd row to the water with a nice sea view over Agersøsund and the ship traffic! The cottage has 4 double rooms, but one is locked for private use. There are therefore 3 double rooms with 140cm beds! The house is rented out to 7 as there is an extra mattress available. The bathroom is older but works perfectly! Kobæk beach is very scenic and has a fantastic beach and jetty. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the cottage!

Family-friendly apartment with a location within walking distance of shops, cafes and shopping. Enjoy life by the harbor, watch the tour boat Skjelskør V leave the dock, and explore the city's nature and art life. Electric charging stations are located a few meters from the apartment.

Cozy and spacious summer cottage at Kobæk Strand

Our cottage is for cozy, relaxing family and friend trips. There are 3 good double beds in 3 rooms. There is a loft with room for slightly larger children, nice mattresses. A very user-friendly house, simple and nice. There is a good internet connection and good board games in the house. We have opted out for the sake of coziness. The beach is 500 meters away. There is a good restaurant and ice cream kiosk right on the beach.
