Sjulnäs Lilla Gröna

Lantligt boende, beläget mitt i byn, men upplevs ändå som avskilt med sin lummiga trädgård. Sommartid finns det gott om cykelstråk och nära till badplatsen Sandön (10 min promenad). På vintern finns tillgång till slalombacke och längdskidspår (10 min med bil till Lindbäcks stadion). Huset har tre 2-bäddsrum + 1 bäddsoffa lämplig för 1-2 barn, d v s sängplatser för totalt 6-8 pers. Två sovrum är belägna på andra våningen. Stort kök. Badrum med dusch. Huset har wifi. Lakan och handdukar ingår.

Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Vi erbjuder en modern bostad med en fin utsikt över havet. Tillgång till altan. Ni har stranden rakt nedanför, lugnt och skönt. Promenerar ni efter stranden 10 min så är ni på Pite Havsbad med alla dess faciliteter. Området vi bor i erbjuder många vackra stigar i natur reservatet. Det finns också många terräng cykelstigar. The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Välkommen till vår mysiga Farfarsstuga som ligger på vackra Hållgården i natursköna Hemmingsmark, cirka två mil från Piteå C. Här kan man koppla av i klassisk miljö på vår norrbottensgård, säga hej till våra två hästar och besöka närbelägna sjöar och skog, och läsa. På gården finns grillplats och ytor för barn att leka. Husdjur är välkomna och på gården finns tre hundar.
