You will love the charming decor and a fabulous location on a quiet tree lined street that is walkable to grocery stores, the River walk, and restaurants. Please note there is a small studio behind the garage that is rented separately.

This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-May 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**

Amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star-gazer's paradise! 45 minutes to Guadalupe Mountain National Park where you can summit the highest point in Texas or go a little further to Carlsbad Caverns. Dell City is 13 miles north of 62/180 midway between El Paso, TX and Carlsbad, NM. Fly in or drive in - either way you are welcome!

The owner is next door and available to answer questions and make recommendations.
