Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Sithonia

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus von Electra und ihrer Mutter verbracht. Der Empfang sowie der Kontakt insgesamt war sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und lösungsorientiert. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist grandios. Unfertige Gebäude in der Nähe haben uns dabei gar nicht gestört. Der Naturstrand bietet lauschige Plätzchen und viel Ruhe für die Erholung. Die Schlafräume scheinen frisch renoviert zu sein und sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an euch beide.

Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!! Η βίλα ήταν όπως τις φωτογραφίες,όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για ξεκούραση,η θάλασσα δίπλα με τα πόδια! Οι οικοδεσπότες παρά πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν σε ότι απορία είχαμε!! Είναι ιδανικο και για οικογένειες αλλά και για ζευγάρια!!

Tolles Apartment mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Gewürze und Öl etc. waren vorhanden. Bett war bequeme und die Unterkunft sauber. Die Terrasse war wundervoll und der Ausblick wunderschön! Nur sind dort leider auch viele Stechmücken, sodass man Abwehrmittel braucht um die Terrasse genießen zu können. Alles in einem eine tolle Unterkunft und sehr empfehlenswert

Casa situata in una posizione ottima. Anche se vicina alla strada, molto tranquilla. Giardino con ulivi e aranci bellissimo. Balcone vista mare ottimo per il relax. Nikolas disponibile e molto gentile. Casa come da foto e descrizione. Ottima settimana di riposo!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Olena sehr genossen. Das Haus war in einem sehr ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie hat auch frisches Obst, Wasser und andere Aufmerksamkeiten bereitgestellt. Olena hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für die Umgebung gegeben. Sie war immer zu erreichen. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

An alle, die geradlinige Betonbauten mit perfekten Vorgärten mögen: Fahrt da bloß nicht hin! Für alle, die back to the roots, barefoot und die Einfachheit lieben: 100% zu empfehlen! Das Haus hat Leben in sich und eine Geschichte, wir 4 haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt! Und wir alle lieben Zoe! Hoffentlich auf bald!

The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is very close. There is a large yard and parking spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Our vacation was wonderful

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Hallo,wir waren eine Woche mit 14 Handballdamen in Georges Villa .Es war eine tolle Zeit ,das Wetter passte und wir konnten immer unter der schönen Pergola frühstücken.Beim Duschen mussten wir uns gut organisieren bei den 3 Möglichkeiten.Der Pool und die Aussenanlage waren top.George ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,er reagierte immer sehr schnell auf unsere Wünsche. Perfection in everyway

This property is a beautiful refuge, and provided a spectacular location for a meeting of friends that also included a series of business meetings/discussions. The views are spectacular, there is a nice public beach nearby, and you can access a lovely (if pricey) resort nearby where there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and a market. This is about a 3 minute drive away. Better yet, if you cross the peninsula (about a 12-minute drive) to Nea Fokea, there are good restaurants at half the price, a larger market, and also a lovely public beach. That said--you don't have to leave the property to enjoy a great time. There is a breeze to cool things down much of the time, a nice small pool/spa and spectacular sunsets. The interior of the house is comfortable, and feels like a lovely family home--it has essentially two apartments, with separate kitchens upstairs and down. The wifi was more than adequate for 5 to use simultaneously, and we were able to hold international Zoom meetings.

Es war alles super !

L’alloggio e perfetto la vista dalla piscina e splendida, l’unica pecca è stata il cambio di lenzuola e pulizia, ma tutto sommato sinceramente è stata una settimana veramente bella nella casa, nei dintorni ci sono vie pedonali dove sono piene di ristoranti e di negozi il mare è vicino e la villa dista a 2 min. Di macchina da tutto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente👌🏼

Very nice place to spend your time with friends or family. The Villa is big enough for a large group of people. The pool is nice and clean, with a view to the see, and a very nice and clean yard. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. Air condition in all rooms. The entire villa is very clean. Dimitris is a very nice guy, ready to help you with everything you need.

Absolutely lovely house and neighborhood. We just stayed with our extended family for a week, wish it could’ve been longer - it really did feel like a home away from home, and not something designed for short-stay tourists. Comfortable, stocked with everything you might need, incredibly clean and furnished with great taste. The walk to the beach is pleasant and through the neighborhood, nowhere near the main road. The complex has a lovely lounge beach bar, but also plenty of wild beaches to choose from. The hosts are wonderful, they helped us with tips the entire trip. Thank you!

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.
