The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Great apartment with everything you need for a vacation. Spices and oil, etc., were available. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. The terrace was wonderful and the view was beautiful! Unfortunately, there are also many mosquitoes, so you need repellents to enjoy the terrace. All in all a great place to stay and highly recommended

The house is clean, beautiful and comfortable. It is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the sea. The beach is very close. There is a large yard and parking spaces. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Our vacation was wonderful

What a great house! We stayed for 8 days with our two children aged 4 and 6. The house was lovely and clean with lots of space, including air con in two bedrooms and the main living area and fans in the others. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space to cook if required and outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus. The villa is in a quiet area in a complex of just 10 villas with a large shared pool with splash pool on the side, we all appreciated the use of it during a hot august stay. The views from the house over the sea and peninsula from the roof terrace and large outdoor dining area are stunning. If you are going to sit out in the evening bring mosquito repellent as the gardens attract them, it’s not a reflection on the house just part of life in this region. The location is also great with a supermarket at the bottom of a short hill and central Hanioti a 15 minute walk. Would thoroughly recommend and book again

Great home for our family of 8. Sani beach and restaurants in the resort were amazing!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Beautiful house in a quiet location with well-kept garden and pool that was cleaned every day. It matches the photos and description. The house is clean and there was everything you needed. The host is very friendly and provided fruit and water to welcome you. Although he does not speak English and we unfortunately do not speak Greek, the communication worked smoothly and he responded immediately to requests. A car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we were very comfortable and highly recommend a stay.

Absolutely lovely house and neighborhood. We just stayed with our extended family for a week, wish it could’ve been longer - it really did feel like a home away from home, and not something designed for short-stay tourists. Comfortable, stocked with everything you might need, incredibly clean and furnished with great taste. The walk to the beach is pleasant and through the neighborhood, nowhere near the main road. The complex has a lovely lounge beach bar, but also plenty of wild beaches to choose from. The hosts are wonderful, they helped us with tips the entire trip. Thank you!

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

Excellent place and location. I went in the winter and was pleasantly surprised.

5 stars with the value of the cabin, it was sparkling clean and fragrant. It was wonderful and a sign of hospitality that they had turned on the air conditioner because of the heat to welcome us. It's a fully equipped penthouse, even for a grill if you want, but it also has brochures to order. It also had a pharmacy and many kinds of mosquito repellents. Finally, it's very positive that you could book just one night.

Excellent house and condition! Very clean! Irene always responded very quickly whenever we needed something! There's plenty to do! I'll definitely go for it again !
