Puede ponerse bajo la otra, liberando espacio en la habitación. Cuna para bebé si es necesaria y tb mesa de trabajo y silla si imprescindible.

Very beautiful duplex city center 50m of the sea

Beautiful duplex penthouse air-conditioned with three terraces renovated in 2013. The kitchen has all the equipment. Two rooms with shower and terrace with electric blind and deckchairs. One separate toilet. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. External refurbishment of the building from October to February.

The maximum capacity is 22 people. It is located in one of the most quiet neighborhoods of Sitges: Quint Mar. The beaches of Sitges and the town center are a 5 minute drive or a 25-minute walk away. Enjoy the sun, the beach, the private pool, and the vibrant atmosphere of Sitges, which is always festive.

Les va a encantar el lugar debido a la ubicación, el barrio, y las zonas exteriores. El alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, y familias con hijos. My accommodation is perfect for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children). From the apartment, you just need to go down the stairs to reach the beach of the Aiguadolç marina. There is a restaurant on the beach
