This is a legal tourist flat with license for 2 guests. It's located next to the Sagrada Familia, just one block away! Tourist tax is included, so no extra charges! Combining the old building with a modern loft style my goal is that you feel at a second home. Two large glass doors allow access to the balcony that overlooks inside the residential block, so there is no traffic noise at all. It's important that you know that there is no elevator in the building and you have to go up 4 floors.

My house is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, and private parking, perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. Beautiful 2 rooms, right in the village center, 50 m from the beach

Right in the centre of Sitges old town, 50 m from the beach, on the 3rd and top floor. The flat is tastefully decorated. There is a bedroom with a 160cm bed, open onto the living room (it can be closed with a curtain) and a small spare room with a single bed. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. The windows are double-glazed with electric shutters, there is air conditioning and a west-facing balcony for breakfast.

Crib + portable highchair available. Five min to train and bus stations. 45 min to Barcelona by train. There will not be a surcharge for the crib, but there will be for using the sofa-bed (30€/night). Fully licensed.
