A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise. Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not. The apartment is surrounded by bars and restaurants and it is close to Diagonal Mar and Les Glories shopping centers, both withing walking distance. La rambla of Poblenou, one of the best of the city is 2 minuts away. Turist tax is not included in the price.
