He and his family are very nice and polite and also the neighbors are better than the others. The apartment is in an area where everything is easier to reach. The bus station is very close. The supermarket is near. The apartment is cleaned and quiet. My advice is to try it. You won't hesitate to come back a second time. Thank you Aikoto and his family .

We were very satisfied, there was everything you need and more! The appliances are not particularly new but everything works, the host quickly responded to any question, the accommodation is near the metro in a 3-minute walk, I recommend.

We came from Çanakkale for sightseeing, First of all, I would like to thank our hosts for their interest and relevance. We were greeted wonderfully at the entrance, the communication was very good, we chatted to our heart's content. I can say that the cleanliness is 10/10, we had a perfect holiday. We stayed in the exact same room as I saw in the images, which was the most important thing for me. We experienced a water outage caused by the municipality, and our host provided regular information. The area was also very nice, we were both in the center and in a calm and safe neighborhood with privacy. Thank you so much for making me feel at home, see you again 👋

The location is nice and the apartment is clean

It was a wonderful and beautiful experience to live in this fully equipped and clean apartment with Mr. Ky, as he was very kind and helpful. I have visited Istanbul more than seven times and this visit was one of the best in terms of accommodation. For all that, I thank Mr. Ky for everything.

Very clean place. Self check-in was simple. The host was kind and easy to reach. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and having Netflix was a nice bonus. We felt comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The overall experience is very good, the decoration style is a simple European style that I like.The room is spacious, clean and clean, the living room is comfortable, and the light is too good.The only thing missing is the kitchen utensils, the boiling pot and hot water need to be updated, and the fire with the gas stove is too small, and it is very time-consuming to cook.

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

We had a lovely time at the house and the host was very responsive and very informative, especially there was a lady who was very helpful and kind, and helped us a lot, the location is very close to the shopping centre, the area was very good and I felt safe. Perfect place for a family.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
