Private annexe with own private front door (no garden access). This could also accommodate a child/small adult in the under stair bed. Infants are fine, no children under 5 years, accommodation is not childproof. If you book for 2 and are going to use more than one bed, book for THREE guests.

Adjacent to our home but with it's own entrance, it's just a 10 minute walk into Loddon with its pubs and shops. This one bedroom annexe has an open plan living area and a small patio. There is easy access to Norwich, Beccles and the South Norfolk coastline, by car or bus. The annexe has a dedicated parking space, and the nearest bus stop is less than 100m from Kings Wood cul-de-sac.
