La zona giorno è caratterizzata da un piccolo angolo cottura, un tavolo con sedie quale zona pranzo ed un soggiorno con divano letto, Smart TV ed accesso al balcone arredato con sedie e tavolo. La zona notte invece è composta da una camera matrimoniale separata dal bagno tramite un piccolo disimpegno. L’appartamento è provvisto di riscaldamento e climatizzatore sia nella zona giorno che in quella da notte.
