You can also enjoy from the pool area to the side of the villa our covered BBQ area which can be secured if needed for small children not to pass to enter the pool area unsupervised. Ayia thekla area will provide you a very relaxed holiday feeling whilst still being close enough to the famous resort of Ayia Napa and its stunning beaches, bars and restaurants.

A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

'Thea' Luxury Beachfront Villa

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

Communication with the host really excellent. There is a lot of help and advice. In the short term, everything worked out great. Self check-in was very good. Location very quiet, but not very much in the immediate vicinity. There is a small supermarket where you can get everything. The pool was always clean and cleaned regularly.👍🏼 We recommend a rental car if you live here, otherwise you don't see much here. We were happy about the many cats that came to visit. :) We felt completely comfortable. Thank you!

Was amazing and exceeded expectations! The house is equipped at a high level, the pool is stunning and very well maintained,every day a pool man came to take care of, the villa looks exactly as pictured, and the most special part is the beach, the entrance to the water right in front of the garden, a simply beautiful beach!!!!! We enjoyed every moment thank you so much!

We have visited during the winter. It was a great decision. The villa is on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, which suited us fine, as we did not look for a busy tourist center attraction. There is a supermarket nearby, and the beach, and an option for a nice walk on the coast. Overall it is a prime location for a family holiday. The villa itself is not new, but well maintained with a real lawn around, not to mention lovely mandarine and citrus trees which give you the freshest fruits. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms give plenty of space. The Internet connection is very fast and can serve well those who have to do some online work. There is also a nice grill area outside, which we have used all the time to master Cyprus bbq skills. The holidays were great, we are looking forward to coming back one day.

My family and I had a great week stay at the beginning of July. The villa and it's amenities are second to none. The pool is a fantastic and was cleaned regularly. Yes the stairs take some getting used to, but we didn't have any issues. Very private and relaxing.
