The home was well stocked, clean and spacious! We stayed a week for family wedding! The thoughtfulness of this home was noticed in every detail! Steamer, ironing board, laundry room with everything you’d need to get ready for a wedding! Most vacation rental homes don’t provide well stocked everyday needs! This was very much appreciated!!!

Nicole's house was a great spot for our group on a weekend golf getaway. Plenty of space for us, very clean, and hot tub was great!

We really enjoyed staying at Robert and Teresa's place. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of traveling. The area was peaceful and it was convenient being able to stay close to downtown Sioux Falls.

We rented this apt for 4 nites.( Grandma, Mom and 2 15yr olds. ) The apt was very clean and well layed out, giving us all the space we needed after a full day of being together! All amenties of the complex were great...clean pools and work out areas, clean dog park, friendly neighbors and available parking for guests. The small outside deck allowed us to enjoy the temps. Great water pressure for showering. Joshua was always prompt in responding to our needs (xtra keys, outdoor chairs). I would highly recommend this apt.

We had a wonderful stay! Such a beautiful, cozy home and everyone had their own space in the home. Would highly suggest and stay here again!

My sisters and I stayed at The Birdhouse while in Sioux Falls. It was decorated so cute! Host was very friendly and responsive to questions. My sister really enjoyed all the Beatles decor! Beds were comfy! Had a great stay !

Great place to stay! Was a great distance from everything and we felt right at home the whole time! We were able to bring our dogs which helped us a lot! Will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first! We love the location close to Augie and the quiet neighborhood. Clean, awesome, and feels just like home. We would love to stay again!

Overall, the place was quite good! Peaceful, private, local, lots of bedding and towels, old home charm, and infant necessities! Chris was quick to reply. It was great for a small/medium group, but just a couple things to note for a large group. The 2 queens upstairs are very comfortable! But the full bunk mattress downstairs is very unsupportive and very hard. Top twin was good/ soft but a little sketchy. The pullout couch was inoperable, but fine for a kid to sleep on as a regular couch. The parking was confusing, original listing says "Free *driveway* parking on premises – 2 spaces" but details after reserving is street-side only (though it doesn't explicitly say so), it's still very close and accessible but caused some confusion for a travel companion, just stay out of driveway! It's an old home, so be aware inside walls are thin and the furnace is loud. I'd otherwise give 4 stars but I'm confident Chris will make some tweaks from my experience and I do think you'll enjoy it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara's place. The location was easy to find and by luck fairly close to everywhere we needed to be this weekend. The house is a little retro and funky and has a cool sunroom, the kitchen was nice sized which is great because we made a big meal one night. Large dining and living rooms were appreciated as well. All in all it worked well for us. Thanks Sara!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sara is a generous host, she left the bathrooms well stocked for her guests comfort. The King bed is soft, but firmer in the center. The whole home was decorated with care and comfort in mind. Definitely would stay again. Rose & Jim

My siblings and I take a trip every year, they really love fishing so I had to reserve a house on the lake. Fishing was great, some fish weighed 8 to 10 pounds; This was our biggest haul ever. We caught buffalo, carp, and of course, catfish. It was like heaven. The Home was beautiful, beds were comfortable, plenty of extra lien and everything was clean. The kitchen was a common area, we cooked every day, breakfast and dinner. The island sat 8 to 10 People marble countertops, with great lighting that led into the living room. The open space allowed everyone to be seen collectively. We ate dinner at the dining table nightly, the eight seats accommodated everyone. Bedrooms were spacious, three full bathrooms, television’s everywhere all 4K. Did I say it was absolutely amazing. We are glad we selected this home and would love to revisit. Our host Holly gave great recommendations, guided us, responded expeditiously, and was very professional. I will give this 10 stars if I could.

it was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. We were in town because my wife had an operation and coming home after a very long day at the hospital and being able to just sit down and help her made it so much easier! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet neighborhood setting.

Alex was excellent with communication prior and throughout the stay. The air BNB was an older duplex with modern updates. The decor was colorful and fun. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen ware. We enjoyed our stay at Alex's air BNB!

Nice and cozy! Everything was very neat and clean. The fenced in yard was a great plus for our toddler. Would absolutely recommend to others and would stay again!

I had such a great time. It was close enough Siox Falls to see the city but far enough away it was peaceful. Tracy was quick to respond.

A perfect place for a family weekend away. Right across from a school with a great playground. The home is older (which I love) but completely redone and clean and comfortable. Three beds with comfortable pillows and blankets and a small but suitable kitchen for what we needed. Definitely recommend and will reserve again if we come back to Sioux Falls.

We enjoyed our stay in Sioux Falls. The house was easy to find, charming, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bathrooms and kitchen were updated and very clean. The kitchen drawers were marked so we knew where to located items needed. There was a binder with information about the area, how to run the TV, check-out, etc. 26th Street is a busy one but with fans running at night - it drowns out the noise. We were able to bring our dog with us, which was appreciated. He enjoyed the fenced in backyard - only complaint was the grass wasn't consistent so it was a bit muddy back there and paws needed to be washed each time he came in. Perhaps later in the summer it fills in, but during the spring it was a bit messy. Overall, it's a nice central location and fit our needs quite well.

My friends and I had a reunion and we couldn’t ask for more comfortable and peaceful house. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay amazing. Very close to downtown and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again!
