Apartment vacation rentals in Sioux Falls

We enjoyed our stay in Sioux Falls at Rubin’s unit! He was very professional and proactive about our comfort. We had everything we could want in an AirBnB and more! The kitchen was very well prepared for cooking, and even was stocked with oils and spices. I was a bit jealous of the knife set! Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Beth was a friendly host and had very open communication. The check-in was a breeze and the house was perfect! Great location and the house had everything we needed. Thank you, Beth!

Rubin was very easy to work with. He was proactive in getting us important information about our stay, and was there if we needed anything. The place had a good amount of sleeping space, and was worth the charged rate. 5 stars!

Beth's place was indeed cozy, charming, and inviting! Plentiful recommendations for local attractions and restaurants were provided, as well as clear and helpful instructions. Stairs (with single handrail) to the lower level are steep and narrow for older adults or those with knee concerns. Perfect place and value for our pass-through overnight stay. Would stay again!

Our stay at the loft was fantastic. We had a wonderful day. It is very well designed, immaculately clean and well cared for. The location was convenient for us, close to downtown walking distance from the Falls. It’s in a beautiful and cool loft building with creative workspace is below. We look forward to staying again when we are in Sioux Falls. We had a wonderful stay.

Very much enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very clean and tidy (and I clean for a living 😉) Rubin had coffee pods available for our first morning at the apartment which we really appreciated after a long day of driving. Close to the venues we needed to attend and great restaurants as well. The second day we were there the batteries in the tv remote were almost dead and there was no more in the apartment. We reached out to Rubin and which in an hour or so someone stopped by with new batteries for the remote. Now that is service! Whole heartedly endorse staying here.

Charlotte was a very kind and lovely hostess reaching out right away to introduce herself and provide suggestions for our stay with our kids. The cozy corner was definitely that and had a lot of amenities to offer especially for families with younger children when staying! Our family would definitely stay here again when planning our Sioux Falls vacation.

Dave’s place was perfect for my 4-night stay in Sioux Falls. The bedroom was large and equipped with what I needed. I’m sure the kitchen is also well stocked but I didn’t cook at all. The other guests in the house were very friendly and welcoming. Dave went above and beyond as a host. He offered to pick me up at the airport and even when my flight was delayed until midnight, he still came for me. I also rented his minivan which was great to get around the city. As a single woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe coming and going from the house at all hours. A great find in Sioux Falls!

This was a wonderful location and a beautiful place to stay. Will re book for sure when I come back to town.

Really convenient location!

This is a small place but has a great, walkable location and has been recently very updated and was clean. The host was also very responsive.

Just as advertised. Provided clear instructions to check in. Simple parking. Easy to walk to places--or drive. Comfortable bed. Clean. Great shower. Had everything we needed for a short stay.

I would stay there again with my family. Very spacious and clean. Thanks again for hosting, we really appreciated it!! We had a fun weekend, and was able to hang out with family with extra day!

We were down in Sioux Falls for state track so this location was perfect and in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend it to anyone and will hopefully stay there again in the future.

This place was all we needed, a place to sleep at night. A little bit cramped. Not exactly as expected. Entry is through the back garage door. And the door code was confusing. Didn't realize we were in the basement. Even with that it was clean, mini fridge was helpful. The firepit was amazing! Made everything worth it. Cool tree in the backyard too. Actually ran into Jacob when he was finishing cleaning before our rental, and he seemed like a nice guy. Would probably stay here again.

Stayed at Cait’s place while attending a wedding in the area. Greatly enjoyed her responsiveness and ease in getting settled in. She was flexible with check-in and check-out which was greatly appreciated. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a fire and the room was full of everything you needed. Stairs are steep and narrow so pack small bags.

Jacob was very flexible with our short-notice trip and our schedule. He also had snacks for us, and a local guide, and games in the living room. What a guy.

This place was fantastic for us. Beds were super comfortable, place was very clean and felt right at home! Location was awesome with being in the middle of the town and everything super close! Would easily stay here again!

Honestly the place was beautiful, it was super close to everything and on top of that Rachel made sure we had everything we needed even with our little one

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

Great stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Great location to Downtown Sioux Falls. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. This is our favorite place to stay when we are in town.

Kayla's place is amazing and has everything one needs. The location is within walking distance to all the main sights in Sioux Falls. Her dining tips are amazing. the flat looks like in the pictures, is easy to find and the check-in was very convenient. Thank you for hosting us!
