Je recommande fortement, logement avec une vue incroyable avec tous le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment. Très propre avec beaucoup d'endroits à visiter aux alentours. Hôte disponible, gentil, accueillant. Si nous pouvons revenir ce serait avec plaisir que nous reprendrons le même hébergement ! Merci pour tous

Nous avons trouvé le logement de Mickaël au dernier moment pour une nuit. Mickaël est très réactif et met tout de suite à l'aise. Le logement est propre et conforme à nos attentes qui était juste un bon lit et une douche même si l'on aurait pu rester plusieurs nuits si l'on avait voulu. L'accès au logement pourrait paraître compliqué car il est dans une ruelle mais les explications de Mickaël sont claires et limpides et nous n'avons eu aucun mal a trouver. Pour finir le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable sur Montreux, je recommande A bientôt 😉

Mickael was very friendly and always replied our questions. He also made sure we would be comfortable. The apartment is like in the description. I went with my mom who is 74. The access through the hall and the stairs it’s a bit tricky but manageable and we were told in advance how it was. I definitely recommend for people that want to be away from the city center and have a private place to rest.

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

Nenai is incredibly helpful and always available for any information and help, her apartment was clean stylish and homy. The location is fantastic, convenient and few steps away from main attractions i will definitely book this Airbnb again in the future

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben hell, freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und man ist so nahe am Wasser, dass man das Gefühl hat, man ist direkt auf dem See. Evian ist mit dem Auto und auch zu Fuss gut erreichbar wo es viele Geschäfte und gute Restaurants gibt.

Tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce. La place de parking privé est un vrai plus pour profiter d’Evian à pieds, tout est à proximité. Le tout avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Merci pour votre accueil !

nous avons passé un excellent week-end. Nous étions venus dans le cadre du triathlon d'Evian et nous avons été ravis de constater que l'appartement donnait directement sur la boucle du marathon ! l'appartement est super et la vue sur le lac à couper le souffle. Sarah est une hôte très reactive, pleine de bon conseils sur les balades, restaurant etc... Elle a aussi eu la gentillesse de nous permettre de partir un peu plus tard que prevu. Je recommande pleinement

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end chez Thomas. Appartement magnifique, fonctionnel, propre, lumineux. La terrase avec vue sur le lac leman, couché de soleil, une pépite . Magnifique région, plein de choses à faire, à visiter. Je recommande 500 % 🥰😍

Julien hat uns sehr freundlich in der Unterkunft begrüsst. Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben, direkte am Wasser mit privatem Seezugang und schön eingerichtet. Eine Bäckerei findet man gleich gegenüber. Ein paar grundlegende Sachen wie Abfallsäcke, Handseife oder Spühlmaschinentabs haben gefehlt, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. Sonst war alles prima. Man hat viel Sonne auf dem Balkon und kann den Sonnenuntergang mitverfolgen. Gerne wieder. =)

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die lichtdurchfluteten Räume die moderne und schlichte Einrichtung und den direkten Seezugang! Die Räume bieten alle viel Stauraum. Es werden Fitnessgeräte und Schwimmutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Am Abend ist die Dachterrasse schön zu nutzen. Tagsüber ist es da oben recht laut durch die Nationalstrasse. Aber man kann in die unteren Stockwerke und auf die seeseitigen Balkone ausweichen. Alles in Allem eine tolle Unterkunft!!!

This was the most magical place I've ever rented on Airbnb. It's so unusual and so romantic, it's a time-capsule of a 19th century lake villa. It is not a boring, modern, cookie-cutter place like you see in countless other listings. Instead, it's exactly as described: A historic home with a zillion bedrooms (16? we lost count), most of which look directly out to Lake Geneva. The rooms are like something from a 1930s French film -- simple, wallpapered (sometimes a bit tattered), most with sink, a few with small balconies. Bathrooms and toilets are separate (and one bathroom is modern and renovated), and shared between several rooms. Downstairs, there's a large, dated kitchen with million-dollar views out to the lake, a huge dining room, a parlor sitting room, a TV room, a kids play room with piano... It's endless! Oh... and then a terrace wraps around the whole thing. And there's a yard! With a trampoline! Seriously, we loved this place. Not for fussy renters. But absolute magic.

Wir haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Das Haus und das riesige Grundstück übertreffen die Beschreibung und die Fotos. Alles ist vorhanden, alles funktioniert. Der Ort ist idyllisch und ruhig mit wunderschönem Blick und einem angenehmen Aussenbereich, Tisch und Stühle im Schatten eines Baumes, perfekt für heisse Tage. Das Zuhause ist ideal für Leute wie uns, die mit einem grossen Hund reisen, denn das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und bietet Auslauf und schattige Ruheplätze. In ein paar Minuten ist man am See, wo es ausgedehnte Strandspazierwege gibt. Wer mag, kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum von Lausanne gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren für jede Frage sofort erreichbar, hilfreich und herzlich. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Great location right on the lake. Wonderful amenities. Directly across from the Villette VD train stop. The house was beautiful, clean, and felt like home. The views were amazing. My husband, myself, daughter and son in law had plenty of room. It was great to be able to have a full kitchen too. Incredible trip!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
