Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. The hidden cottage is a short bike ride from Den Bosch and, for example, the Regina Coeli language institute. The tranquility, despite the train track nearby, the garden, views of the lake, all this makes this a unique place.

Peace, space and privacy in rural area

Complete guesthouse with a beautiful garden and possibility to use Hottub. The stay is on the property of a former calf farm. Nature reserve is around the corner where you can also enjoy hiking, cycling/mountain biking. When you book 4 nights, one (1) hot tub evening is included. Hot tub bookable for 40 euros. The bedrooms are separated by a cabinet wall and a curtain. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. No visitors allowed without prior notice.

After renovating our own house, a 1938 cow barn, we built an attractive studio with a large veranda and beautiful views of our house. The studio is newly built, vintage finds have been used for the interior and decoration. You can enjoy the tranquility, hiking, biking, and cities like Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Tilburg are only half an hour's drive away. Or consider the Efteling, Toverland, Utrecht and Antwerp.
