What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Verten var hyggelig, imøtekommende og kom med en utrolig nyttig liste med anbefalinger til strender, resturanter, barer og ellers andre ting å finne på i og rundt Cagliari. Har nesten ikke vært med på maken. Største utfordring var kanskje at bilen jeg reiste med var i største laget for å kjóre i de smale gatene gjennom gamlebyen. Ellers var det ikke vanskelig å finne parkering i nær-området. Cagliari var en fin og hyggelig by med plenty fine strender i området rundt og i byen. Vil anbefale et besøk til andre.

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

Thanks for a great stay. Comfortable and quiet location with walking access to town. Giulia was very friendly and easy to organise things with. The little efforts like leaving local beers and snacks to have on arrival make everything worth it.

Can’t fault this beautiful accommodation. It has everything you need when on a break. Lovely furnishings; great lighting and a very comfortable bed. Such a great location with lovely restaurants and bars close by and only a few steps away the most wonderful views of the city and the best sunset views. The most helpful and responsive hosts who answer queries promptly, arrange airport pick ups and let us have an early check in which we hugely appreciated. Cannot recommend this accommodation and its hosts highly enough. You won’t be disappointed staying here!!

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

Clean, well appointed apartment. Great location, lots of restaurants nearby and cafe next door great for breakfast and drinks after a day out. Very good communication with Mauro. Would recommend to friends.

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das airbnb ist genau wie auf den Bildern und hat , neben dem beheizten Pool auch einen wunderbaren Meerblick aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig und überhaupt nicht störend. Es haben anfangs ein paar Basics wie eine Bialetti oder Bedsheets gefehlt. Das war aber kein Problem durch die schnelle Antwort von Lucca wurde alles prompt gebracht. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in Villa Lolly

Franca est une personne vraiment attachante et très à l’écoute. L’appartement et le superbe balcon donnant directement sur la mer permettent d’assister à des levées du soleil spectaculaires. Les bougainvilliers en fleurs, les citronniers débordant de fruits mûrs (dès le mois de mai), le chant d’innombrables variétés d’oiseaux, la mer turquoise, la plage de sable fin, l’immense massif rocheux en arrière-plan font de cet appartement un petit bijoux. Bien que situé dans un endroit extrêmement tranquille, tout au bout d’une petite route, le site de Zinnibiri Mannu est à proximité d’excellents restaurants. Le rythme de vie des gens de cette région et leur gentillesse est peut-être ce qui est le plus remarquable et le plus agréable. Il n’est pas surprenant que le village de Tertenia recèle autant de centenaires: les Sardes savent comment apprécier la vie et prennent le temps de la vivre. Abbiamo soggiornato a villa Armonia in quanto, essendo assidui visitatori della Sardegna del Nord, desideravamo scoprire la parte Sud. Abbiamo scoperto una struttura al pari di nessun altra: la vista è indescrivibile e ci rimarrà per sempre nel cuore; la casa era impeccabile con un accurata attenzione al dettaglio, ai particolari insoliti e ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza appieno anche per l’aspetto ordine e pulizia. Da sottolineare un accesso privato alla villa che garantisce assoluta privacy. La spiaggia attrezzata è a pochi minuti a piedi e offre possibilità di ristorazione e noleggio imbarcazioni. E’ stato un vero piacere.. vorremmo tornare presto. Un grazie a Manuela, host gentile e premurosa.

Wir haben als Familie zu viert 10 Tage in Pilars schöner Wohnung verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Wir hatten (bis auf morgendliches, freundliches Vogelgezwitscher) viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Der Ausblick ist wirklich fantastisch, morgens sieht man bei einem Espresso die Kitesurfer am Strand und abends hört man beim Sonnenuntergang die Wellen rauschen. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es fußläufig sehr schöne Strände (wir mochten die Spiaggia di Sa Colonia am liebsten), in ca 20 Minuten Spaziergang ist man am Meer. Im Nachbarort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, es empfiehlt sich aber, großere Einkäufe zb in Pula zu erledigen. Pilar war als Gastgeberin immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Мы отдыхали неделю в Кальяри с женой и ребенком. Все было супер! Время нашего приезда и отъезда не совпадало с временем заселения и выселения, но Luigi без проблем смог подстроиться под наши запросы, за что ему отдельное спасибо! Хозяин всегда был на связи и отвечал практически мгновенно на все вопросы.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem wunderschönen Viertel in Cagliari und man kann zu Fuß alles erreichen, von Restaurants über Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber und auch der Whirlpool (50€ Zuzahlung) waren sauber und wirklich angenehm! Giorgia war eine super Gastgeberin und immer sehr freundlich! Wir haben in dem Parkhaus ca. 450m entfernt für 10€/Tag geparkt, da wir in den Straßen, in denen man parken darf, leider kein Glück hatten:) Für Leute mit sehr kleinen Kindern oder ältere Menschen könnten die Treppen in der Wohnung vielleicht etwas steil sein, uns hat das nicht gestört :) Die Wohnung war wirklich komplett sauber, allerdings scheinen Wohnungen in der Altstadt von Cagliari wohl insgesamt ein Problem mit Kakerlaken zu haben, wir hatten leider auch ein paar davon in der Wohnung bzw. im Kleiderschrank.. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung mit super Lage in Cagliari! :)

Apartamento super confortável. Chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem todos os itens necessários. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho pelos pais de Maurizio. Localização é excelente para ir à Praia do Poetto. Tem bastante vagas de garagem na frente do prédio. Simplesmente perfeito!

Das Apartment ist neu renoviert, sehr gemütlich und sauber. Mitten im Herzen von Cagliari - Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles in direkter Nähe der Altstadt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und haben sogar Siesta auf dem Zimmer verbracht, weil es so schön war. Wir können den Aufenthalt nur empfehlen! Hinzu kommt, dass Valentina sehr nett, hilfreich und herzlich ist. Sie hat uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und war schnell erreichbar. Volle Empfehlung, wenn man Cagliari erkunden will.

Villanova was such a pretty place to have as a base, we felt very privileged to stay here. Erica's home is wonderfully placed to explore all the local areas by foot, everything we wanted to do seemed to be just 14 minutes walk, the area felt really safe. The home was clean and the photos are correct reflection of the home. Enrica was a wonderfully helpful host, she gave many recommendations of things to do, to see and places to eat, check in was great, we met with Enrica and she showed us around her home. We had a car to explore , so parking close by was a real plus, there is a multi story 5 minutes walk, it was safe and well lit at night, for 24 period it cost us £10 euro.

Es war ein super Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr schön und der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man mitten in der Stadt ist und einen tollen Eindruck von dem Ort bekommt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden immer wieder kommen.

We Really enjoyed our visit to Cagliari, The apartment is well located and equipped with all you need for a great stay. It’s close to good restaurants, trains and the historic part of the city. It’s city living. Alessandra was a super host and we plan to return.

Tiziana is een superhost, zeer behulpzaam en het appartement was kraaknet. Het ligt in een rustige buurt en in de nabijheid zijn lekkere restaurantjes die Tiziana ons aanraadde. Evenals een bezoek aan het natuurpark Molentargius. Ook het oude stadscentrum en de aanpalende buurten zijn de moeite waard.
