The apartment is 14 sqm (151 sqft) and consists of one large room with a double bed and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed. There is an outdoor kitchen with water and a grill (THERE IS ONLY WATER OUTSIDE). In the apartment, there is a small kitchenette with 2 burners, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. There is a lovely private roof terrace with gas grill for free use. Nice view from the terrace, you can just glimpse the sea between the trees. We live about 500m from the harbor with child-friendly beach on both sides. Here you can often buy fresh fish directly from the boats in the morning. It is 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. Trains run many times a day both ways and it only takes about 15min. The apartment is at the end of a dead end road, and it's always quiet.
