It has a garage with an electric gate for one car but outside there could be two other cars. A very safe area

The apartment is 50 meters from the esplanade and the beach. You can walk to and enjoy seafood restaurants, convenience stores. It is very well located and close to the Aquarium. The apartment is as shown in the photos, private and safe parking, very clean and very comfortable. The sofa and the television are addictive because you rest so well. We will definitely return to this beautiful place

We stayed in Lluvia’s apartment for two full weeks and felt right at home from the very first moment. The check-in process was super easy, even though Lluvia wasn’t there in person. The photos in the listing are accurate and reflect the apartment well. The location is ideal for a stay in Mazatlán: it’s a safe, beautiful neighborhood on a secure street. Access to the building is badge-controlled, and the neighbors are friendly and attentive — they also keep an eye on who comes in and out, which adds to the feeling of security. The apartment is also very close to the beautiful Centro, with its great restaurants, market, parks, and the beginning of the Malecón (near the best beach, “Olas Altas”). 100% recommended, Xochil and his son Luis Angel are very friendly and were always attentive to us. Her property is very beautiful and with a spectacular view of the Mazatlan seawall. We'll definitely stay right there every time we return to Mazatlan.
