This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

Es una casa grande con tres departamentos aislados muy cómodos y privados. Cuenta con alberca y patio muy agradable para esparcimiento área que se comparte entre los dos deptos. Ubicada a 50 metros del mar. Muy cerca del centro histórico y de zonas turísticas llenas de restaurantes, mercados y muchos atractivos. Ciudad con vida nocturna y actividad cultural, fiestas tradicionales (como el Carnaval) y sitios de interés (pueblos rurales, etc.). Muy cerca de la zona de carnaval.

The condo is very safe and has large spaces in all its areas, located right in front of the beach, on the esplanade (where the iconic carnival takes place). Being located on the fifteenth floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the beautiful sunsets that together with the 3 islands give us an unforgettable experience. The beach located in front has palapas with a variety of seafood, fish and other local specialties, as well as refreshing drinks.

The apartment is very central, the neighborhood is quiet, one of the oldest in the port, you can walk to the beach in five minutes, to traditional restaurants such as Panama and Mariscos el Torito, as well as taquerias and Juan Carrasco market. Recently remodeled, it has air conditioning throughout the apartment, hot water, smart TV and WiFi. The terrace has a very nice garden. You will undoubtedly feel very close to the Mazatleca culture.

The apartment is located in a first flor with no elevator access, the street where the apartment is located is small and very quiet most of the day. If you walk for 5 minutes you will arrive to the beach, Olas Altas.

Each apartment is equipped with its own internet access point for good and speedy connection.

The apartment's location is excellent, you can walk to Machado, Downtown, Cathedral, Cerro de la Neveria, Olas Altas, Paseo del Centenario, Clavadista and the Lighthouse; the beach in front is perfect for swimming and walking on the sand. You can also rent bicycles and ride along the bike path that is right in front of the apartment, and that crosses the entire pier.
