Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Simpang

Haniza was very hospitable and friendly. She kindly accommodated our request for a baby chair and she hand delivered the keys to us as we had to rush for a birthday dinner. She was very attentive - checking in with us to see if everything was okay, replenishing items in the house, and answering our queries promptly - even leaving us a lovely gift! The place was very complete and spacious - the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the kitchen had everything you would need. A perfect place for families!

Ricky's place was clean and we felt very comfortable staying there for 2 nights. No complaints. perfect place for gathering

Good Support & Easy Comunicate

Great place to stay! Memang tengah2 bandar. Nak gi mana2 pun dekat je. Rumah pun cantik, bersih & selesa. Yg penting ada snackss kalau lapar!

Excellent communication, it was very easy to access apartment keys. It was very clean and minimal, we enjoyed our stay. Facilities are great, big pool and very good gym. The location is very good, a lot of food options and supermarkets and the famous concubine lane is only 15mins away along with the main mall. Gino & Jomstay thank you! Worth to stay here. The unit offers a good price with what it should be. The owner is also very responsive; my messages were entertained shortly by her. There were 4 rooms which were convinient for up to 12 pax. The only two issues that I encountered during my stay (which were not related to the unit) were, first, the surrounding places were more Chinese-friendly-based and very limited options for Malay-Muslim restaurants (but there is a very fantastic walking-distance pastry shop in front of the condominium). Second, the management was very strict regarding the rules for swimming pool. Overall, the homestay was very superb!

Very good location near to all attractive places. House is clean. Friendly to those have little kids they provide all basic needs such as baby chair, baby toilet bowl seater and baby bathtub.👍

It's been an absolute pleasure to stay at Cannas Inn. Angeline has been such a gracious host from the start of our stay. Her warm welcome with complimentary snacks and her kind gesture of a delicious cake for our birthday celebration certainly makes us feel happy. The house is sparkling clean and she really puts thoughts to create such a functional and cozy Airbnb. Her Airbnb now is my number one choice whenever I choose to stay in Ipoh and happy to say, all my family members are really happy with the experience of staying at Cannas Inn. Rumah super clean. Entrance rumah penuh dgn pokok2 renek hijau, sedap mata melihat. Dapur dan toilet bersih. Kelengkapan dapur yg cukup. Aircond berfungsi dgn baik. Berbaloi dgn harga.

Nice house with set in a beautifully maintained environment, with lush gardens that create a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The owner is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

附近就有便利商店和餐馆。停车位也是vvip位子，guard house进去就是了 而且很近block B大门。很适合一家大小，没有特别多的家具 很宽阔的空间。

The location is very strategic,have lots of restaurant around the condo.Near to the restoran tauge ayam lou wang and others famous restaurants in Ipoh.Will host again if I visit Ipoh.

lovely home middle of town, 5mins to all favourite yummy local cuisine. 4 clean bedsheets, bathroom & bedrooms, makes it super comfortable for all of us. easy self check in and check out, even with last minute booking, fast response! highly recommend to stay when in Ipoh.

The accomodation was great, clean and complete. its very comfortable, and secure. All instructions is crystal clear. the bed was comfy the bathroom is clean. Host Alvin very responseful and fast to reply to any texts.
