Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjacent to open farmland and the source of the River Alt, this self-contained flatlet comprise a double bedroom, lounge (with sofa-bed) and bathroom with in-bath shower on the upstairs floor over my downstairs home-office space. Un-shared access to the kitchen downstairs with fridge, cooker, microwave and kettle, utensils and crockery. Bus stop for buses to Liverpool and Merseyrail Station is just 300 yards up the road. Regret adults only and no pets.

The bedroom has an oak framed king size bed with matching bedside tables and is furnished with pine furniture, curtains and a blind. The shower room is spacious and is en suite to the bedroom.
