Those were wonderful days in the tastefully furnished apartment in the beautiful house of the very hospitable Corrado in a scenic pine grove!

The accommodation is located in a quiet and very beautiful location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are luxurious beaches nearby. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay. In 10 minutes on beautiful beaches, great garden and pool. Warm welcome...only the additional 125 euros for towels, electricity and tourist fee ( for 5 people ) we found a pity. Even though it may have been recognizable somewhere, it would be more sensible and transparent to indicate at least towels and electricity directly in the total price. Nevertheless, and everything else liked very much and we would come back. A beautiful place to relax with kind hosts.

Spacious apartment with several outside decks. Buses are close by and will take you anywhere you need to go. As of 6/25 an all day pass was 3.30 Euro. Good app too. Super convenient parking.

Nice place close to the beach

A great place to stay and Giovanni is a great host. Really appreciate the time and detail he puts into his responses and effort into making us feel comfortable during our stay.

We (6 adults and 2 kids) loved staying here! The house layout is a bit peculiar but it worked for us. Mario was an incredible host. Super responsive, had great local recommendations, left yummy goodies on arrival. You do need a car as the place is not walkable to anything. The views and pool are all worth it. We highly recommend!

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

What can we say? Stefano was a stellar host. From the time we checked in to our departure. He was available to give tips about the surrounding area and answer our questions. His warm nature makes him extremely approachable. The house is clean and comfy. The gorgeous beach is literally seconds away, with the lulling sound of the waves that kept us company throughout our stay. BRAVO e grazie mille Stefano! the Clivios.

We really enjoyed the time in Marco's house. Everything corresponded to the pictures and information in the ad. Marco's tips were very helpful to us. The fact that Marco then drove us to the airport was simply sensational. Thank you so much for this great vacation.

I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

The house, located inside a condominium, is very comfortable and well equipped. Comfortable double bed, new bathroom with modern shower with very pleasant side jets. The kitchen is equipped and functional with a coffee maker. You can eat both inside and on the patio. The air conditioning quickly cools the house. The garden is super equipped with barbecue, outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers. The suburban location with respect to the village was an advantage, because you can easily reach it without having to get into the city traffic and the beaches of Villasimius are all just a few minutes away by car. The center is also easily accessible for an evening walk and there are several supermarkets in the area. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back, the Hosts are very helpful and friendly.

Our stay was wonderful! From check in to check out we were so pleased. Clean, incredible location (close to the train, bus stops, beautiful views of the city, marina etc. , and wonderful amenities! Gian Franco and his daughter greeted us and his lovely daughter exchanged numbers with us in case we needed any help in English. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations. A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

I had a great week at this flat. It is really cozy and I loved the view. Clara was really responsive whenever I had a question and she helped me wherever she could.

Lovely apartment does not do enough what it really is, in the house we found everything we could need, great location both for its proximity to the beaches and downtown. Claudia was very kind and recommended us both for the rental and for the best beaches, highly recommended

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

A well-equipped and clean apartment with a beautiful view of the sea. A helpful, courteous, and kind host, thoroughly explained and showed everything, was in touch before and during the stay. The place is very quiet, relaxing; a great base for trips by car to numerous, diverse beaches nearby and to explore the south of the island. There is also a beach available on site, although not as attractive as many others next door (access from a few minutes to half an hour by car). The only downside was the mattresses on the double bed in the bedroom, but it didn't affect your stay. Thank you and kind regards!
