A very nice place in a private home with your own entrance. A nice base for exploring the village and the surrounding area and other villages, cities and beaches.

Giacomo welcomed and hosted us impeccably, always thoughtful throughout the month of our stay. The house is typical of Campidano, not luxurious but functional. Nothing is really missing in the apartment. The inner courtyard is very welcoming and private, where you can eat and relax. The house is very spacious and comfortable and is better than in the photos. Congratulations on the many books, even in different languages, that kept us company in moments of relaxation. Simaxis is a small town with all the amenities within walking distance. It is a perfect starting point for visiting most of Sardinia. Thank you Giacomo!!! ...and... goodbye!!!! 😊
