Great spot! Wished we could have stayed longer!!!

Maribel’s apartment was perfect for our overnight stay! It was only 10 minutes from the Vibrant Arena where we had an event. Would definitely recommend!

At first the outside and area may make you feel like you are in a bad/unsafe area, but this is b/c its in an up and coming area. Overall felt safe, once I got comfortable. You are in super easy walking distance of the weekend Farmers Market, which I highly recommend. You could walk to all the bars and resturants down on 3rd, but I did a quick drive, might be too far to walk in fancy shoes. The hosts were super responsive, helped when I had questions. Explained the auto locks well. The room was good air and kept cool. Bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Made some suggestions DM to hosts to help improve the environment of the place but overall would stay here again. Big space for only 1 full bed, so plenty of floor and other spaces for additional guests, like a long couch in 1 and a short couch in another space, but no doors, one long open space with some partition walls, so you wouldn't have privacy for bedrooms or couches, but you would be separated with room. Recommend

The Nelson Lofts stay was a great stop for myself and my little family! Everything was immaculately clean and exactly as described. Tim was a very communicative, responsive host that provided clear instructions.

Renae was a great host for us, always being very responsive with clear instructions. Place was exactly as described and had everything we need.....and more! Place was close to so much to do within walking distance to enjoy the nice days we had, will stay there again when we visit. Also, had some of the nicest bath towels we had ever felt!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the view of the river was an added bonus. Wonderful location for breweries, restaurants, and lovely movie theater.

This was our second stay at Terri’s house while traveling for work. The space is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was clear and timely. The location worked well for our needs, and we would consider staying here again if in the area.

We had the best stay at Shelly’s! Shelly was super responsive and thoughtful - checking in with us about bad weather and anything else we may need. The neighborhood is right near Vander Veer park, which was super nice to walk around. Great central location to downtown and the suburbs for grocery shopping and such. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Only complaint and it is minor ..shower curtain could be changed or cleaned and maybe a board instead of grate on floor? Overall nice place.a lot of space. Comfy couches, we slept on 2 and other 2 guests slept in bed. plenty of AC on warm days. Would def stay again. Quick in responding.

It was the perfect spot for me and my dog. It was clean and provided all that I needed for my stay. The hosts were very responsive anytime I had a question. I will be visiting my daughter again and hope that it is available.

The apartment was tastefully done . We loved the architecture and radiators ! Very clean and well stocked. We felt safe with the outdoor lights and cameras.

It was a great little weekend getaway - stress-free and beautiful little space that was ideal for our family of 3. We loved the thoughtfully carved out nooks for everything we needed - workspace for my teenage son and a bed for him, small but useful kitchen with everything we needed to cook our simple meals, table for 3 and cozy lounging area with a super comfy couch for watching movies or just relaxing. Thoughtful, chill and responsive host who laid out simple, clear-cut and logical rules, which were easy to follow and un-intrusive. Who wants to stress out about rules or coddling your host on vacation or work trip? Thanks so much, Brandi, for sharing your home with us!

This was a great place to stay for a couple nights while exploring Davenport. They were incredibly responsive to any questions I had, even ones not directly related to apartment (asked about brunch recommendations). It is not directly in the city center, but easily walkable to all the restaurants and bars and museums. Check out the World's Largest Spoon Museum; it was awesome.
