Vacation rentals with a patio in Silverton

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kristen’s condo! I personally think it’s even nicer in person than what they’re able to depict in the pictures. The area was gorgeous, peaceful, and comfy. The club property that it’s in also has so much to it; we took advantage of the gym, got some gelato from one of the restaurants, and took a walk on the huge property. It was a little chilly in the apartment when we went (but not terribly so / winter conditions) and so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get the bedroom specifically comfortable temp wise for us. There’s a lot of blankets to use that solved the situation for us though. The bed was also very comfy! But everything else was great!

This spot was beautiful, the decor and the views were so lovely! It was so close to town and other fun activities. My kids loved the trail to the waterfall, right across the road! Brooke was very responsive and helpful, I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Thanks for sharing your space!

Location was great! Beautiful creek with a walking trail behind the complex. Very walkable to all the local restaurants and shops. There is some roof construction going on until this November 14, 2025. This didn’t disturb us much since construction started after 8am so we were out and about anyway! Great spot if you’re ok with the construction and sunny mornings from the gorgeous bay window.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

This is the best place to stay at Purgatory Resort. Ski-in Ski-out is an understatement. Literally, skied right to ski lift. I would recommend staying here every trip to Purgatory Resort. Kris is always helpful in every aspect.

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. It was very conveniently located to Durango, Bayfield, and Lemon and Vallicito lake. The space was a perfect size for two adults and our two pups. We really enjoyed the fenced in backyard with outdoor seating.

Amazing and peaceful location, very clean, quick drive to Durango and great access to trails.

Pictures don't do this place justice. The scenery and home are beautiful. The accommodations were exceptional and plenty of room for everyone to have some personal space. The host was responsive.

What a delightful place! It was very clean and the location was perfect as it was super quiet and had great views. We absolutely loved the vintage touches and the colors in the bathroom were so fun! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for food preparation. It was easy to get to Durango as well as Mesa Verde which made seeing the area great. Martha was excellent at communicating with us. It was a wonderful place for our reunion getaway.

Very beautiful home to spend some wonderful days in and around Ridgway. Super comfortable with beautiful furnishings throughout with a fantastic kitchen and great room area. Highly recommended!!

Amazing house, super cozy to stay in and great views. We really enjoyed being a little ways out of downtown while still feeling close to everything. Big bonus that James ranch is nearby too!

The gorgeous views around this beautiful home were such a treat. The quietude and fireplace were a delight! The rooms were wonderful. There isn’t heat in the upstairs rooms but the bedding kept us warm!

Comfortable, modern home. Well stocked, spacious kitchen. very easy check in with the combo door lock. Host communicates extremely well. Great place to stay in Lake City, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was one of the best airbnb's I've stayed at - beautiful, clean home, lots of space, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet space and gorgeous views, and not being a far drive from Durango. We'd would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Steven’s property. The apartment was very well maintained, decorated and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The area is absolutely beautiful! We went on great hikes and had a fantastic time in Durango! We also used the pool and gym at Purgatory Ski Resort.

Susan and Navid (Susan’s husband) couldn’t have been any kinder and helpful. He recommended restaurants and places to go. The place was spectacular and that is putting it mildly. You couldn’t beat ski in and ski out! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!54

It was exactly what we expected & more! It was easy to get to, comfortable, very clean, & we loved every minute of it.

The hosts of this condo are so helpful and responsive. The destination is absolutely stunning with mountain views to take your breath away. Close to Durango and other fun places. You must stay here!

Jackie's place was great for someone wanting easy access to a ski lift. Lift 7 was right across the street and an easy walk. The interior was great and had many built-in amenities to keep it low-cost. The proximity to the grocery store was also a plus, as you could walk without driving. I would stay here again on my next trip.

A fantastic place in a great, quiet location in Durango. We also enjoyed the public/community pool for an afternoon which was a nice bonus.

Beary Base Camp was great for my son and I . Less than a minute from the parking lot of Purgatory Ski Resort . It is a great place to relax after a day of alpine activities . Adding an extra day to our stay was also very easy , and that was very nice . thanks Y'all

Aliyas place was a wonderful place to stay with a party of 4. Separate bathrooms, but common areas where we could cook, dine & enjoy each others company. Amenities were great, and so was the location. It was quiet and nice and it was a great night's rest. Thanks Aliya!
