Excellent place to enjoy Philip Island. Very close walk to the main street and beach. The place was great, and allowing pets was a big bonus 😀

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

Matt was a fantastic host, the property was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. We were a family of four plus one, the kids loved the selection of board games and their huge upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is large and stocked with every utensil you can poke a stick at. Matt was a very engaged host, he ensured we had everything we needed and was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate at all to stay in one of his properties again. 10/10 thanks, Matt!

Hi Deb! Today we left your wonderful house unfortunately after 6 weeks. We had a phantastic time and didn’t want to leave… We got in contact with so many nice people in Surf Church and Baptist Church. The Catholic School was also wonderful for our son. We loved Surfing at Smiths Beach, hiking at Pyramid Rocks, swimming at the Beach at your House with the black swans, Jogging at Silverleaves and writing a Book on the terrace of your House with the Most wonderful panoramic view ever!!! How can I now live without it?

Had a fabulous family Easter getaway at Alison’s house. The house is just lovely, beautifully appointed with lots of space and with everything a family of 6 adults and 2 kids could want for a relaxing weekend. The location is in a quiet court, just a short walk to the beach and local cafe and a short drive or bike ride in to Cowes. Alison responds very quickly and was very flexible with check in, giving clear instructions of how to enter the house. I would thoroughly recommend Alison’s house to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing stay near the beach.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ems. Fab home, and we had a card waiting for us with lots of other lovely treats! Brekky, bread, wine. The best bit is the outdoor bath and the view from the little terrace. Em was lovely and very responsive. Thanks for making our anniversary special!

This house was incredible, words can’t describe how lovely it was. The views were amazing. It was well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We loved that it was only a 10 min walk to the Pub, cafes and beach and that our furry friend could holiday with us too. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation and would love to return.

Downstairs is luxurious and spacious. Upstairs has expansive views and water glimpses. Upstairs bathrooms a bit dated, but very functional. A great setup for our party of 8 across 3 generations

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

This is a beautiful rustic authentic place to stay, lovingly preserved and restored, in glorious surroundings.

What an amazing place, we had such a wonderful stay, everything was absolutely perfect. The peaceful setting was just what we needed and we were thrilled when we pulled up at The Barn, it really is a gorgeous little hideaway. Everything you could possibly need is in The barn and the information booklet they have put together is super helpful! The added bonus was Melissa lit the fire before we arrived and had a lovely roaring fire when we arrived in the evening, what a treat! We will 100% be booking again, I honestly can’t recommend Melissa and Sean and The Barn highly enough.

Paul & Lisa’s place was exactly what we needed. Just a beautiful little cottage, 700 meters walk from the beach which we loved. The house was completely fully equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Paul was so quick to respond every time we had a question about something. I can’t recommend them highly enough. We will definitely stay there again. We just did not want to leave!!! Thanks guys, you should be proud 🙏

Our stay at The Sweet Escape was perfect. We had a little one stay with us, and the Portacot was already set up with linen. The home is beautiful and clean, well presented with everything you could possibly need (and more!). We didn’t feel cramped at all with 4 adults and an infant. Peaceful setting, very comfortable and homey. We look forward to our next stay here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anne’s place. Beautiful and quiet location. Views of the water from many windows and it was a nice easy walk to the jetty, coffee shop etc… Anne provided some nice touches with the well stocked kitchen. My wife & I especially enjoyed the coffee pod machine, so we could have a coffee on the deck in the morning. It was also a great place to have our dog who enjoyed the long walks beside the water. The place was extremely clean and we would highly recommend the stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Valdas place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a restful stay. Valda was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering helpful local tips and making check-in super easy. The amenities were top-notch: fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and even some nice extras like [snacks / coffee / toiletries / guidebooks, etc.].
