The home is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is amazing. Check in and out was easy and Dena gave me great advice for where to play pickleball. The neighbors were super friendly too!

Gary was fantastic to work with. Very friendly and accommodating. He even sent us some Pepsi and Chips for letting a maintenance man come install a new timer while we were there. We will be back, thanks a lot Gary❤️

I can’t say enough about this home and Kristi’s hospitality. We had a family emergency while staying here and she was so kind and generous. The house is beautiful and has everything and more that you need for your family and the pool is amazing. I can’t wait to come back with my family under better circumstances and enjoy this home! The house was perfect for us and the dogs! The beach is a hop and skip away loved the pool very spacious place! The downstairs was a plus having two washer and dryers also very spacious upstairs and downstairs! Everyone felt like they had there on little space and not on top of each other. The ice machine downstairs was so convenient for the coolers to go straight to the beach! We will defiantly be back it was the perfect place for us!

We were in town for a wedding at Silver Springs State Park and the home was a great location for us. Close to the park and anything else we needed. Pool was huge perfect to relax and cool off in. Open living room and dining area was great for our family.

This was the perfect place to stay. This home is beautifully decorated, and such a nice little quiet retreat. I felt like I was staying in a home that was showcased in a magazine. The beds are so comfy and the pool is serene. I had the most relaxing weekend ever, thank you Nicole!

The home is exactly as described in the listing: home was clean and came with all the boats and tubes for a fun time on the river! Lots of life jackets and goggles to use if you dont have your own. publix and walmart are a short drive in town about 10 min. The home is at the end of a small deadend couldesac with a rental on 1 side and an abandoned house on the other, beautiful nature drive, seems to be in a safe area, it was private. Plenty of space and beds, the home was clean (and we are picky) and everything was up to date not run down or worn out. Nearby fast food and "Swampys" on the water if thats what you like, but If you want quality food, drive about 30 minutes west to Inverness/Yankeetown and try Blackwater Grill, absolutely best food for you money. Being Florida natives, we didnt jump off the dock, too much grass and know what hides in the grass..we saw a huge snapping turtle in it with baby turtles near the dock. overall it was a great stay and we would come back! A very nice clean well- appointed house. Christine was an outstanding host. If a question or concern came up, Christine responded in minutes with a resolution. On one occasion I accidentally locked us out of the house and Christine had us back in the house in minutes.

This is a beautiful spacious home and very well equipped. The house is immaculate with really comfortable beds. The location is great, walking distance to super markets and a short dive to a lot of local area attractions.

We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. The whole family loved everything about the house and the property. The fellas got their fair share of fishing done so happy campers all around.

This is a wonderful property in a wonderful, scenic part of Florida, Rainbow Springs. The home is located on a small cove that is adjacent to the springs so accessing the water of the Rainbow River and the Withlacoochee River is as easy as it gets. The home is well equipped for vacationers and very comfortable and beautiful. Our family loves this spot and have returned multiple times. Couldn't be better!

The home was absolutely beautiful—brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was super clean, which we really appreciated. There was more than enough space for our kids to run around both inside and outside. The fenced-in yard gave us a sense of privacy and peace of mind with little ones, and the huge backyard was perfect for playing and relaxing. The lake was a major highlight—the water was incredibly clear, and the beach area was just the right size for lounging and letting the kids splash around. It felt like our own little private escape. The water was warm and perfect for swimming. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into creating a space that’s welcoming and comfortable for families. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back again!

We very much enjoyed our three night stay with our two small dogs. Place was pretty and spotless, the bed comfy and host responsive to any issues. Thoughtfully appointed. Note the kitchen amenities carefully to be sure they meet your needs. We loved how the door code was part of my phone number - can’t forget THAT! And the outside space just perfect for dogs.
