My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. Stylish back house with kitchenette, microwave and hot plate + a dining area that doubles as a workspace. Comfortable bed with nice linens + loveseat for reading. Private front porch area for morning coffee. Minutes away from coffee, restaurants and all the fun that is Los Feliz! While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! The suite is newly renovated with plenty of light and charm. Occasionally you may hear overhead sounds from upstairs. Outside you can relax under the pergola and enjoy the sunshine. Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

This cozy apartment, located in Silver Lake, has it’s own parking space. It’s minutes away from most major attractions. The Hollywood Walk of Fame is 8 minutes away, and Dodger Stadium and Downtown Los Angeles are 10 minutes away, to name just a few. It’s a perfect space for a single traveler or a couple on a getaway. The interior is enhanced with numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and breezes. There is a dog in the back house, behind the fence,who barks but is not dangerous.
