A sitting space inside the master and a sitting space outside the master, to enjoy your morning coffee. Bedroom #2 Small bedroom on the main level. Brand new Sealy Posterpedic Full sized bed. Small closet. This room is small, compared to master, but sufficient. Air Mattress provided for small kids if requested Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Area/Laundry/Bathroom All brand new and newly renovated. This portion of the house is on the main level. Large Windows adorn this opened concept area with spectacular views of the HOLLYWOOD Sign and Griffith Observatory. 55" mounted flat screen TV. WIFI. Brand new Washer/Dryer. Brand new bathroom. Don't forget to pick up some laundry detergent if you plan on washing your stuff. Whole bean coffee provided. This single family home is yours. This is an amazing space and everything is brand new. Security cameras for added peace of mind; key-less front door access makes check in a breeze. My wife and I (and 3 kids) are just 10 minutes away. We are here to help you with anything. If you need something, just ask. We know about all the local attractions and the coastal beaches. If you need something, chances are that we have it. I have surfboards, bikes, kids stuff, strollers, car seats, toys, beach chairs. We can probably figure it out if needed. We welcome families with small kids, as parents of small kids, we totally get it. Set in the endlessly hip Silver Lake neighborhood, the house is steps away from organic markets, trendy coffeehouses, and eclectic boutiques. The area is quite walkable, boasting charming hillside views and sunny parks. Lots of great things to do, Amazing Coffee, Restaurants, Bars, Breakfast (Brunch, Sunday Funday) and farmers market all within WALKING DISTANCE!!!!!! Parking-House has a garage that is available if requested as well as driveway parking. The garage is small, nose the vehicle into garage with rear-end hanging out and garage door open with gate closed. Please close garage when not in use. Please close garage and park on street when it is raining. There are TONS of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Please try to use the white bath towels for drying wet, clean bodies after showering or bathing. Try not to use them for wiping make-up and cleaning messes. They stain easily. Light blue towels provided for cleaning and wiping. Thanks!

Rustic Space Perched in the Hollywood Hills

Drink in panoramic city views from Hollywood to the ocean from the freestanding bathtub at a private guest unit nestled in the wooded hillside. Wake up in the cabin-like bedroom and step out onto the sun-drenched terrace for a cup of coffee or tea. Listed in Time Out “Top Airbnb’s in LA” https://www.timeout.com/los-angeles/hotels/best-airbnbs-in-los-angeles An extremely well designed open plan guest unit: complete with queen bed, bathtub & sink, private toilet, small fridge, with inside and outside hang out space and a strong bluetooth speaker for music. Also included is a hot plate, all cooking utensils necessary, a Nespresso machine with pods and an American standard coffee pot with coffee and sugar, a microwave, and filtered drinking water. (the iMac and screen are removed from the desk, and the unit will be delivered with no clutter of any kind. Bring your devices as they will be happy with the blazing fast internet and power ports all over the house, inside and out.) Toilet and sink are located 1 step from the French doors, behind the antler of the main picture of the listing. Fridge also located outside the unit by one step from the opposite french door. Guest unit requires your ability to climb many stairs from the street level, so it is best as a guest you are comfortable with stairs. You may access the exterior day bed shown in the photos and outdoor shower on the walkway up to the guest unit. The guest unit is at the rear of my home with complete privacy. The outdoor shower is shared with the main house. Guests have their own private entrance and exit to the shower from the guest unit. Stairs! It is required you walk up three sets of stairs from the street to access the guest unit in the back of the home. Guests that are comfortable with stairs will have no issues. I am happy to help any guests with their plans while here in the city on their arrival. Afterward I am reachable via email or text throughout your stay to offer any more guidance or help. The guest suite sits on a quiet street, near Franklin Village, restaurants, and the lovely Griffith Park. The neighborhood’s dramatic hills are great for walking, and it’s convenient to Hollywood, Los Feliz, and Silver Lake. Parking is always available on the street in front of the house (and it's FREE) and the local DASH bus is available in a matter of minutes after a short walk down the hill that goes straight to the metro. Renting a car while in LA however is recommended as the city is very large. Many of my guests use Uber as well for its convenience. No Smoking inside the unit. No pets. Outdoor shower is shared with the main house. Location is not conducive for guests with young children.

The space is cozy and bright. Its placement at the top of the hill makes it feel like you're in a tree house. It's a great place to lounge around or get some work done. Open all the windows and let the breeze flow right through the tree tops and into the house. You get the whole house! Two bedrooms and 1 bath. Washer and dryer are downstairs. There are a lot of stone steps to get up to the house. It's a bit of a workout to some people, but well worth it!
