Appartement très agréable, parfaitement fonctionnel et idéalement situé : à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre historique, du lac et de nombreux commerces de proximité. Parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied ! La communication avec l’hôte a été fluide du début à la fin, avec une arrivée et un départ très faciles grâce à une grande flexibilité. Mention spéciale pour la literie, vraiment confortable, et les petites attentions comme les capsules de café et les pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle — toujours un vrai plus quand on arrive. Seul petit point à noter : en cas de fortes chaleurs, l’appartement étant sous les toits, il peut faire un peu chaud le soir. Merci encore pour l’accueil, je recommande sans hésitation !

Le logement est très bien situé , près du lac. La disponibilité d’un garage et de deux vélos permet de laisser sa voiture garée et de pouvoir faire ses visites en vélo. L’appartement est très bien équipé , propre , bien décoré et bien rangé. Margaret et Olivier ont été très réactifs et amicales durant nos échanges de messages. Nous reprendrons cet appartement sans hésiter lors d’un futur passage par Annecy.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Séjour parfait avec une vue incroyable ! L'appartement était très calme, et la vue, absolument époustouflante. L'accueil de Nathalie était chaleureux, et j'ai vraiment apprécié la propreté impeccable et l'agencement bien pensé de l'appartement. J'ai été ravie de mon séjour et je le recommande vivement !

Très bel appartement cosy paisible donnant sur côté parc avec une belle vue lac à l’ombre pour les journées de forte chaleur très appréciable. Tout y est fait pour un séjour agréable, la Clim est un vrai plus. Équipements de qualité (cuisine, salle de bain) et les lits très confortables. Merci à Sylvie la propriétaire et à Carole qui nous a reçu pour leur amabilité et leur accueil.

Séjour d’une semaine qui s’est très bien passé. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il était très propre. Endroit très calme avec possibilité d’utiliser un coin du jardin. L’emplacement pour le véhicule est non négligeable vu le quartier. La proximité avec le lac et le centre bull est très agréable. Anne-Marie et Jeanne ont été très flexibles car suite à un contretemps j’ai avancé mon arrivée d’une journée. Très bonne communication. Je recommande chaleureusement.

Super séjour, Un très bon logement pour visiter Annecy avec un grand confort et tout le nécessaire. La place de Parking est étroite pour les grands véhicules mais il y a beaucoup de places dans les rues adjacentes si nécessaire. L’hôte est très à l’écoute et réactif aux demandes. This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement est magnifique, très propre et bien équipé, avec un jacuzzi qui offre une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Tout était conforme à l’annonce, voire mieux, avec des hôtes très accueillant ! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour un moment de détente en pleine nature. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un séjour incroyable face aux montagnes. Le logement est bien équipé et parfaitement décoré. De plus, Florence et Eric sont réactifs et très arrangeants.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Super appartement avec une vue vraiment imprenable..

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
