Very nice apartment, perfectly functional and ideally located: less than a 10-minute walk to the historic center, the lake and many local shops. Perfect for exploring the city on foot! Communication with the host was smooth from start to finish, with very easy check-in and check-out thanks to great flexibility. Special mention for the bedding, really comfortable, and the little touches like coffee capsules and dishwasher tablets — always a real plus when you arrive. Only small point to note: in case of high temperatures, the apartment being under the roofs, it can be a little hot in the evening. Thank you again for the welcome, I would recommend it without hesitation!

The accommodation is very well located , near the lake. The availability of a garage and two bikes allows you to leave your car parked and be able to do your bike tours. The apartment is very well equipped , clean , well decorated and tidy. Margaret and Olivier were very responsive and friendly during our message exchanges. We will take over this apartment without hesitation during a future passage through Annecy.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Very nice cozy peaceful apartment overlooking the park side with a beautiful view of the lake in the shade for very hot days, much appreciated. Everything is done for a pleasant stay, the air conditioning is a real plus. Quality amenities (kitchen, bathroom) and very comfortable beds. Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

Great stay, A very good accommodation for visiting Annecy with great comfort and all the necessities. The parking space is narrow for large vehicles but there is plenty of space in the adjacent streets if necessary. The host is very attentive and responsive to requests. I would this property. This was the most incredible stay I have ever had. Patricia went all out on these accommodations and they are as close to perfect as possible. This was the most authentic country house I could have imagined and the location was outstanding. I am so glad I chose to stay here and I wish I will be able to make the trip again. An absolutely perfect stay! The accommodation is beautiful, very clean and well-equipped, with a jacuzzi that offers stunning views of the mountains. Everything was as advertised, even better, with very welcoming hosts! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time in the heart of nature. We will come back without hesitation!

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

An amazing stay facing the mountains. The accommodation is well equipped and perfectly decorated. In addition, Florence and Eric are responsive and very accommodating.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great place, just as described. The washer/dryer was broken upon arrival but they made an option for us to do our laundry elsewhere in the building as well as giving us a discounted rate on the nightly rate. The apartment was nice and quiet. Christine was very helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!
