Svejstrup Gl Rectory

In the middle of Søhøjlandet, Svejstrup Gammel Præstegård is located high in the small village of Svejstrup. In the backyard, there is shade under the ancient trees, while in the Monastery Garden there are full of flowers and lovely nooks to eat or relax in. Behind the farm is a newly planted forest with watering holes while you can pick up fresh eggs from the hens. From the farm you are at the same time in the middle of Lake Highland's many nature experiences; Gudenåen, countless swimming lakes, hiking trails or kayaking to Silkeborg, while Aarhus is only 25 minutes away by train.

The house is located in the scenic Søhøjland. The large detached house is located on a closed residential road, and as guests you have the whole house to yourself. There are two bedrooms, each with three sleeping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, etc., and there are two toilets - one with a bathroom. You can choose to barbecue on the terrace during the summer months and enjoy the garden. There are chickens in the garden, and where you are welcome to pick up freshly laid eggs. There is also a sweet and cuddly female cat.

Mejeri is located in a beautiful natural area about 20 minutes to Aarhus A good starting point for trips, e.g. Legoland The dairy is from 1916, and has been awarded as a good and beautiful building The apartment has a private entrance, divided into 3 floors, and with 3 double rooms. Beautiful view of meadow and Mossø. Barbecue and large fire pit in the garden. We prioritize hygiene highly, and you can expect a newly cleaned apartment. Stay at BentesBondegaard

Stay in a huge guest room of 70 m2 with its own kitchen and access to Bente's bathroom. 4 beds and a crib. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties, as the room is on the first floor with a slightly steep staircase. Free access to the terrace, fire hut with shelter and other outdoor areas. Possibility of encountering pets and livestock, but only pets on the terrace and inside. In the courtyard, there are my 2 hanging pigs, 5 mini sheep and 4 pensioner chickens. The garden is inhabited by 8 chickens. In the field, there are Gotland fur sheep.

Beautifully located straw house in a housing community

Welcome to our charming straw house with great location and views. Close to Himmelbjerget, swimming lakes, hiking route, forests and city life in Aarhus. The house is part of the Kirstinelund community, but has its own garden with chicken house, fire pit, shelters and two lovely terraces. We have two cute maine coon cats, Puma and Lilleko, that come with it. Partitions share 12 tdr. country natural plot with river valley, fruit trees, horses, trails, sheep and a playground. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest train station, 20 minutes to Aarhus.

A gravel path leads toward a two-story house with a mix of brick and siding exterior. Lush greenery surrounds the property, and additional buildings are visible to the left. The atmosphere is peaceful, set against an overcast sky.

Idyllic farm holiday

Farm holiday close to Silkeborg city. Plenty of space and lots of opportunities for development on the farm, the opportunity to sleep in shelters, have bonfire, collect eggs, greet cows, see horses, use gas grill, enjoy a good glass of a night in the greenhouse, enjoy the view beyond the Gødvad conservation (fields, forests, hills) and much much more! The house is well functioning and semi renovated. Large garden with possibility of ball games and other garden games, in addition to child-friendly with trampoline, playhouse, swing and slide.

Lovely annex in Gudenåfredd with room for 4 people. The annex has 2 terraces facing south and west respectively and has really good views of fields. There is access to large communal garden with trampoline, swings, and fire pit. The annex has a spa and sauna and large windows out to fields, etc. Enjoy a lovely farm holiday where the opportunities for bike rides and walks are right outside the door. It is only 7 km to Silkeborg city center and only about 1.5 km to the godåstien, city bus, playground, etc.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

Our wonderful summer house has fruit trees and flowers ind the garden, and is located in the central part of Copenhagen close to Christiania, Tivoli and city hall. You and your family sleep , you can fire up the wood stove in the living room for colder days, and enjoy the morning coffee in the garden with the chickens and fresh eggs on sunny days. The house has all basic necessities, for people who believe simple living can be a luxury. Perfect for families.
