Svejstrup Gl Præstegård

In the middle of Søhøjlandet, Svejstrup Gl Præstegård is located in the small village of Svejstrup. In the backyard, there is shade under the ancient trees, while in the Monastery Garden there are full of flowers and lovely nooks to eat or relax in. On the meadow on the back of the farm we have our good 10 sheep, while you can pick up fresh eggs from the chickens. From the farm you are at the same time in the middle of Lake Highland's many nature experiences; Gudenåen, countless swimming lakes, hiking trails or kayaking to Silkeborg, while Aarhus is only 25 minutes away by train.

The house is located in the scenic Søhøjland. The large detached house is located on a closed residential road, and as guests you have the whole house to yourself. There are two bedrooms, each with three sleeping places. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, electric kettle, etc., and there are two toilets - one with a bathroom. You can choose to barbecue on the terrace during the summer months and enjoy the garden. There are chickens in the garden, and where you are welcome to pick up freshly laid eggs. There is also a sweet and cuddly female cat.

Beautifully located straw house in living community

Welcome to our charming straw house with great location and views. Close to Himmelbjerget, swimming lakes, hiking route, forests and city life in Aarhus. The house is part of the Kirstinelund community, but has its own garden with chicken house, fire pit, shelters and two lovely terraces. We have two cute maine coon cats, Puma and Lilleko, that come with it. Partitions share 12 tdr. country natural plot with river valley, fruit trees, horses, trails, sheep and a playground. It is 3 kilometers to the nearest train station, 20 minutes to Aarhus.

Lovely annex in Gudenåfredd with room for 4 people. The annex has 2 terraces facing south and west respectively and has really good views of fields. There is access to large communal garden with trampoline, swings, and fire pit. The annex has a spa and sauna and large windows out to fields, etc. Enjoy a lovely farm holiday where the opportunities for bike rides and walks are right outside the door. It is only 7 km to Silkeborg city center and only about 1.5 km to the godåstien, city bus, playground, etc.

At Elverhøj we have two seperate appartments and a forrest cabin, located in the most stunning nature. This appartment is light and spacious. It has one bedrooms, a dining area and a seating area. Just outside the entrance you find our common room with toilets, a big kitchen, dining area and a lounge area. In the common room you might meet other guests or our family. The common room is a great space that invites you to have a cozy moment while starring at the big trees and the nearest lake.

If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our 1870s property, and was originally an old stable that we have lovingly refurbished over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. Here is high to heaven, and if you want, our dog, Aggie, will be very happy to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and roosters are also very curious. We're excited to accommodate you 🤗

Hagelsgaard is a small farm in the heart of Midtjylland near Hærvejen. We invite you and your family to stop by and stay at our nightly property in our own tent/motorhome. As a starting point, we don't have so many amenities, but you can get power and hot water from our milking room if you need it. :) NB. there is no toilet. There are many options for choosing a campsite (in tent) on our 220,000m2 forest and meadow area. If there is bad weather, you are welcome to borrow our loft🙂

Large and spacious, well-equipped holiday apartment, suitable for families with children, of a total of about 90 m2. 65" smart tv. The property includes a large plot with cozy walking paths and a field with the possibility of running, dog training and by agreement: car, bike and motocross, horseback riding, etc. By arrangement and fee you can organize smaller parties/events for up to about 40 guests and in total I can offer accommodation for about 15 guests.

Our wonderful summer house has fruit trees and flowers ind the garden, and is located in the central part of Copenhagen close to Christiania, Tivoli and city hall. You and your family sleep , you can fire up the wood stove in the living room for colder days, and enjoy the morning coffee in the garden with the chickens and fresh eggs on sunny days. The house has all basic necessities, for people who believe simple living can be a luxury. Perfect for families.
