'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance & is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. We live in a lovely residential area. 2 min walk away there is a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min & stops include Haymarket and Princes Street. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre & Edinburgh Airport, & a 12 min drive to Murrayfield stadium. Locally there’s 2 pubs, 2 restaurant & a Co-op.

The small bright, airy room looks directly onto the back garden. Frequent bus service directly to the city centre. Walking distance (10-15min) to Murrayfield Stadium for rugby, concerts and frequent trams to city centre or airport. 3 min walk to Visa Application Centre. Tea/coffee, water and home made shortbread in the room.

Quiet large single room

Large single room in quiet house with exclusive use of bathroom with bath and shower (not ensuite). Local buses (10/27/45) that take you in to the city centre (15-20 minutes). You are also able to walk along the Union Canal to the city centre (30-45 minute walk). Private parking available. Access to the room is between 4pm and 10am - rooms must be vacant between 10am and 4pm daily irrelevant of length of stay There are small dogs in the house but they have no access to upstairs rooms

Side table with lamp, 5 pendant crystal gold ceiling light gives excellent light. Blackout blind helps protect from morning sunshine and privacy from adjacent neighbours Supermarket, fish and chip shop , Chinese , Indian takeaway, pharmacy and pub within 1/4 mile. Variety of takeaways. Bus and train can take you to city centre in 1/2 hour

Attached to my house. In an upmarket, quiet and safe residential area. 15 mins from airport / city centre and 10 mins walk to Murrayfield Stadium. Very regular buses and trams only minutes walk away. Beautiful parks nearby or walk along the Water of Leith to famous Dean Village, stunning views. Local restaurants within 10 min walk or a 5 minute tram ride to Haymarket where you'll find lots. Small supermarket (Scotmid) 7 mins away.

Comfortable double room, Murrayfield, Edinburgh

Our house is situated in a quiet cul de sac close to the city centre, Murrayfield stadium is a 5 minute walk ideal for rugby and concerts at the stadium and airport is approximately 4 miles away. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom has bath with waterfall shower, sink, and wc and is shared with us also a cloakroom toilet with handbasin. Bathroom and toilet are situated next to the guest bedroom.

A well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a stove and a washing machine. Light wood cabinetry complements dark countertops. A dining table for four is positioned in the center, with a window allowing natural light to illuminate the room.
