It is a well designed, classic-styled ski chalet with spectacular views across Sion to snow topped mountains. It is a short drive down to Sion or up to Thyon. Beautiful walking is within easy reach, whether you want 3000m peaks or a stroll by a stream. Or just visit the many historic sites or vineyards. The chalet has a strong sense of having been a much loved family ski chalet and holiday home for many years. As a result it is unusually well equipped - Raclette machines, fondues, ham slicers, big bbq etc. There are great places to sit inside and out with a real sense of comfort and style. The pool is a welcome addition on very hot days, albeit it is not the most obvious destination for a holiday by the pool.

Great place to stay for a family with up to 4 kids. Beautifully designed - exactly matches the photos. Kitchen very well equipped - nothing was missing what you would have needed to cook for a family of 6. Snow Arena for small children is right behind the house! The ski bus, for the ski resort at the Torrent, is 30 m next to the house. The bus takes you to the gondola in 5 minutes. The village center (with Migros and Coop) and the spas can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The communication with the owners was very nice, helpful and quick. Even before arrival, the guest cards for Leukerbad were organized for us and a booklet with everything you need to know about the house and the place Leukerbad was handed over to us. This has been the best experience on AirBnB for us so far😄!

A spacious and very well-equipped cottage in an exceptional and very quiet environment. Exchanges with Philippe have always been friendly, positive and constructive. We have been there in the winter and are thinking about going back in the summer. We were delighted with this stay.

We were lucky enough to stay with Marianne and Victor for a few days. The cottage is spotless, very well fits a family with two children. It is very nicely decorated, the bedding is of good quality we slept very well, and the kitchen equipment allows cooking for the whole family. The location in the village is perfect: less than 5 minutes from shops and about 8 minutes from the bubbles that take you to the top. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again!

Lovely chalet very close to Montana. Great for our 2-day ski trip, but probably delightful in spring or summer as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Astoria. Full of amenities and wine in the fridge! We loved waking up to a beautiful view of the Alps and the flexibility of walking to and from the slopes. The boulangerie across the street was also a hit. We appreciated the agency responding and working to resolve very minor house issues quickly. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had a great time at Michel's chalet in Vercorin. It is ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends. The location is perfect for enjoying the benefits of the mountain. On site, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen and a clean accommodation. The small bonus is the furnished terrace with views of Cran-Montana. Michel is available and accommodating. In fact, he shared several places for us to eat and shop. We will happily return to Michel's cottage.

We really enjoyed staying at Estelle's place! It has a wonderful secluded location, had amazing views and was very peaceful and quiet. The inside of the house looked even better than the photos, the place is clean and very well maintained and cared for, which makes it very cosy and allowed us to feel at home right away. There is a lot to do in the area from skiing to hiking, the only thing is that you need a car to get around. We would definitely recommend Estelle's place. It was a truly unique experience staying there!

Very nice stay in the typical chalet. True to the description: comfortable and very well-equipped. It feels like home. Quality bedding. Nice environment, beautiful views of the village and the valley. Access to the lifts by the shuttle at the foot of the chalet (80 m) very convenient. Sometimes it's full, you can walk down. A memorable stay We recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect when we arrived and looked just like the photos, with all amenities and services being exactly as described. The location was also incredible, with scenic views and amazing landscapes surrounding it. Additionally, the seller had great communication and was very helpful to all our needs. Absolutely amazing! We were 9 people with children and a dog. The house is very nice with lots of little details and a beautiful view of the mountains. There is everything you need. It has plenty of dishes for cooking, toys and books for the kids and a place to barbecue outside. In the garden, you can even pick fresh herbs for cooking. The place is well located and we did the great hike to the blue lake which was beautiful. Also suitable for children. It's really one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever been to. Thank you so much for everything!!!!
