The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. The place offers plenty of room for the whole family. Located directly on the Rothaarsteig, you can make wonderful excursions on foot or by bike. If you want to go for a short walk in the evening, the nearby Tretbecken invites you to linger. The house, located on the outskirts of Hilchenbach-Grund, is surrounded by meadows and forests. In the immediate vicinity is a small horse stable. There is a ski slope and a toboggan run in the neighboring village.

The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.

"Time out" is the motto here and stands for a few relaxing days in our cozy wooden hut on the edge of the Holzbach Gorge, in the "Fohlenwiese vacation village." The surroundings offer hiking trails (directly on the Westerwaldsteig) as well as swimming lakes and vast forests that can be explored by bike... For absolute relaxation, we offer an infrared heat cabin for two people.
