You can reach the spa area with a swimming pool and three saunas and the children's play world "Foxx Club" from your accommodation without getting your feet wet. There is an elevator in the main house, but a large number of the rooms are accessible only by stairs. The entire resort is equipped with free Wi-Fi.

That's how we imagined the rooms and I must admit, I am proud of how we can present the newly renovated rooms to our guests. You notice it immediately, the attention to detail and the effort in the decor. The rooms consist of a comfortable box spring bed and comfortable armchairs. Of course, there is a work corner with free Internet access.

The old mill (guesthouse), in a quiet location, is situated outside the village, on the edge of a forest and a river. The adjacent fish ponds create a very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast can be booked and from Friday to Sunday our small exceptional restaurant is open for you. Downtown Limburg can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
