Our apartment is located in the beautiful Bergisches Land in the district of Belmicke/Bergneustadt with many opportunities for hiking, cycling or relaxing. Due to the altitude (approx. 435 m above sea level), you can see as far as the Siebengebirge mountains when the visibility is clear. Surrounded by many reservoirs, hiking and biking trails, directly at the "Blockhaus Belmicke" winter sports area, you can enjoy pure rest and relaxation. But also the cities of Cologne, Siegen, Olpe, Gummersbach are quickly reached.

You can feel comfortable in our modern and cozy apartment with living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen! Our home is about 6-7 minutes by car from the city center. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating. This ensures pleasant warmth in the selectable range of 19-25 degrees. From the outside, the house is not quite finished yet, as the extension next to the main building has not yet been plastered. But that shouldn't disrupt your stay as no work is being done on it.

This small apartment, not far from the A45 (approx. 3 minutes), is an ideal starting point for hikes and explorations in the nearby Sauer- und Siegerland and the Rothaargebierge. The university and the surrounding hospitals can be reached by car in a few minutes - an ideal place to stay for students, lecturers, professors, nurses and doctors. Business visitors will also find a pleasant and quiet stay here. Sofa bed is available for a 3rd person/child.

Small cottage with distant views of the Oberbergisches Land

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Newly renovated, stylishly furnished apartment located right next to the forest, with direct access to idyllic hiking trails and the popular mountain bike flow trail. The city center is just a 2-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The apartment features a king-size bed, a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. For a third guest, a comfortable extra bed is set up in the living room.

Pretty apartment in the upper town of Siegen, very central but quiet, located on the 3rd floor of an imposing listed building. The apartment is fully furnished. The university, shopping and the main train station are within walking distance. If you want to move in as a group of three or four, please write this in your message. The property is idyllically located on the outskirts of Rotenhain overlooking forest and meadows in the middle between Hachenburg, Westerburg and Bad Marienberg. The apartment is on the ground floor. I live with my partner on the upper floor. The beautiful garden with terrace can be shared and is great for relaxing, barbecuing or playing for children.
