Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Our living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV, a satellite connection and a Fire TV Stick. Our kitchen is fully equipped. A Senseo coffee machine, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven are available. The bathroom is freshly renovated and has a cosmetic cabinet and shower room. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two single beds + wardrobe.

The 100 m² non smoking apartment -built 2017- is on the ground floor in a house with two apartments. The house is in a small and quiet road. The spacious rooms -including 3 bedrooms- are suited for short and longer stays. The terrace and the well-equipped apartment will make you feel at home. We welcome kind guests who appreciate quiet nights and respect the curfew according to German customs.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so unfortunately not accessible. The hallway of the house is under video surveillance.
