An unexpectedly central location, everything super accessible and yet very quiet. And even with a dog, great. Ulli was a very good and courteous host in advance and since he happened to be at home all the time during my stay, we ran into each other again and again, which always resulted in a nice chat. Otherwise, I never felt like I was disturbing his privacy. Everything was clean, the amenities very good (incl. kitchen, bathroom). Despite the consistently modest weather, we felt comfortable.

A simple room, but more than sufficient for my purpose. I needed a place to sleep after a daily 12 hours seminar marathon. This was clear to me in the space. Luckily, there was also a bed with mattress and no folding couch in it. So that I was woken up by the birds in good sleep in the morning after the seminar and not by a sleepless "couchnacht". Nicole had described everything very accurately and communication was great. The kitchen utensils at Nicole's are very high quality and new. The bed is very comfortable and the location of the apartment is in a quiet residential area. I felt very comfortable there.
