In 2016, the former shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make a 3 bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. Feet in the water, the construction site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the shed... ideal for aperitif time!:) A sea view hot tub for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the Carantec walking trails. 50 m from the sandy beach of Dossen and its water activities, the state forest and Île de Sieck, our wooden house, built in 2019, is the perfect base for your vacation. The 65 m2 terrace faces south with a view of the forest! Beach, surfing, kite-surfing, forest walk... All activities within walking distance of the house. When you return from the beach, you will enjoy the outdoor shower, enclosed garden, barbecue and of course the Jacuzzi!!
