Welcome to Roz Avel, a Breton house built in 1904 above the water in the descent of the Kelenn with stunning views of the Bay of Morlaix, located about ten meters from the Kelenn beach and 200 m from the city center (church square). Roz Avel was completely renovated in 2017 to accommodate 16 people: 12 adults & 4 children:6 bedrooms including 3 with sea balcony, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large 25m² terrace on the sea and a 700m² garden.

We rent our large, very spacious, recently-built architect's house. Located facing the sea with exceptional and breathtaking views. Direct beach access, large garden. Fully-equipped. Being east/west facing, with a view through, you will enjoy the sunset for an aperitif on the terrace. And south-facing for lunch and dinner facing the sea. Downtown and shopping on foot. Departure from the house on foot for beautiful hikes all around Carantec and/or to Callot Island.

New entire accommodation, 10-minute walk to amenities (shops, restaurants, cinema). Same for access to the port (pier for the island of Batz) and some beaches. The functional accommodation has an equipped kitchen, the sleeping area is furnished with a 160/200 bed with an adjoining shower room. A small wooden terrace leads to the studio and is private. We have a bike room and the neighborhood is quiet

With its exceptional sea view of the Primel point and the small fishing port of Diben, our traditional Breton stone house and bay windows will allow you to enjoy the landscape from anywhere in the house. Access to the small beach at the foot of the house, the rocks at the bottom of the garden: you can't hope for a better location.

Beautiful apartment - 52 m2 sea view, renovated and tastefully decorated. You will stay in the Port de Carantec, with restaurants and the sublime beach of La Grève Blanche neaby. You can walk to Ile Callot and GR34 from the apartment. The city center is also within walking distance (10 min), bus line July / August.
