Apartment is situated in historic centre of the town and is only 1-minute walk from UNESCO-protected Šibenik Cathedral St. James and a 2-minutes walk from Šibenik's harbour and marina. The Šibenik Banj Beach can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Šibenik Bus Station is a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful Krka waterfalls can be reached within 10 minutes by car or public transport. Apartment has a view on gothic renaissance church St. John of the fifteenth century. Numerous restaurants offering traditional Croatian cuisine, caffe bars and shops are located in the immediate surroundings. The room rate is based on 2 guests but maximum occupancy is 3 guests, extra bed can be put in the apartment and is extra charged.

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

Rooms are located in the magnificent House Poletti-Deljac, stone build 15.st house in the main, Kalelarga Street, just 200m from the St. Jacob’s cathedral. Fully renovated in June 2022, equipped with modern infrastructure, but at the same time preserving majority of inside stone walls and decorated with modern art paintings, by Croatian artist. Guest can enter the House Poletti by themselves using electronic front door lock and locked key storage for the rooms.
