The apartment was exactly as advertised, extremely clean and very close and walkable to old city! There were many restaurants and cafe at walking distance and lots to do!! Would recommend for a longer term stay as well!

Very nice property with all the amenities you could ask for. 7-11, KFC and more directly across the street. More restaurants,nightlife and more close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Alice is very nice and available for any information, communication was perfect throughout the stay. The location is ideal near trendy Nimman, within walking distance of the Condo.

The environment is very good, suitable for a family or friends traveling together. There is a big lawn in front, and a river behind the house. You can take a walk.🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️

The room is not far from tourist attractions. Easy to get around. The house feels warm and homely. Fully equipped with amenities. There is a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The bedroom has a soft and comfortable bed. Impressive.🫶🏻

A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Very nice and tranquil place. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning and feel the sun on your face when you lay on the couch. The location is good, with most of the shops you would need in just a few minutes driving away. The place was clean and the airconditioning was good and pleasant. Overall great place to relax while still being close to the city, would stay again!

The place was just what we needed to end our trip in Chiang Mai. It was clean and looked like the pictures and was within a reasonable walking distance to places we wanted to go too.

The condo was very comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, including laundry detergent, which made our stay very pleasant. The room was also clean, and we were very satisfied overall.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Mr Bob’s apartment. We have been traveling and moving non stop for 3 months, so decided to stay a full week in Chiang Mai and take it slow. This flat was the perfect place to do it, and we felt right at home pretty quickly. The location is walkable to the old city, night markets, bars, restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. Mr Bob was a great host, good at checking in to see how we were and also at giving us our own space. We had a problem one day where the toilet was leaking (not dirty water, don’t worry), and Mr Bob organised for someone to be sent round to fix the issue pretty quickly. 10/10 would recommend 😊

The accommodation is big and nice ~ Please note that there are some ants coming out.. When using the pool, it is necessary to call staff, and there is an additional cost for the gym ~ Other than that, the bed is fluffy and nice.

This was a nice clean space, close to the city. The mall is like a 5 mins walk which is good. Host was very knowledgeable and communicative.
